Excellent College

As of now no negative remarks about college and I think there won't be any in the future. There's been a renovation of our college going on from past 6 months to further rise the quality of education , infrastructure facilities.

Actually this college has a very rich course curriculum.There are new technologies thought every sem and programming languages like Java, c , c++ , artificial intelligence.there are projects to be done by students

No, but you can do internship in other companies if you wish,for the final year students there are lot many internship opportunities , a lot of companies are invited by our college to provide internship

Excellent, the college University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering is known for its placements , it stands 3rd position in placements in overall karnataka,there are nearly 200-300 companies visiting our college every year

There are many fests and events conducted by our college.these include milagro,fiesta,uvce jaathre ,Inspiron and the list goes on.there are many events conducted like hackathon,codefury,marathons ,tech roadies,and so many.

Its feasible. As it's a government college the fees structure is very feasible. About 25 thousand for general students and about 10 thousandfor OBC students. There is exam fee of 2 thousand.there are no extra charges other than these.

Our college supports student providing scholarship to them. There is organisation named uvce foundation which is formed by the alumni of UVCE College , they're provide scholarship loans which students may return to them to help other students after they are well settled.Another organisation named UVCE vision also gives scholarship to students. Apart from these there are government provided scholarship provided for students

There are extracurricular activities in our college, there is NCC ,NSS.There is club for sports, cultural club. There are many events like poster presentation, There is event conducted by Literature club called kaagadha.

Hostel infrastructure has about 500 people accomodation. There are about 70 rooms with 6 people in a room. Some rooms are like dormitary.Hostel fees is about 19 thousand rupees per year.There is a mess facility which provides food three times a day.

There's a wide connection of Alumini network even the 1950 batch alumini people visit our college. They provide a lot of support to current students.They have established a organisation named uvce foundation to help students by providing scholarships. They have been a great help for current students

There are exams conducted every 5 months with three internals, they take average of best two internals, if there are any back log for a student he has an opportunity to clear them in the next semester.

There are many experienced lecturers, even there are lot many PhD holder lectures , lectures even do a lot of research works involving students ,if a lecturer is not available they make PhD scholar students take their class
