Remarks

Positive earlier is since this college is new, u have lot of thing to learn here since the vevery new thing is to be done by students only. Also the weather is quite gud for self study. Negative point is the reach here it is very tiresome and hectic

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course is quite good. It is at par with many other reputed institutes. Earlier it was sent as nit calicut but later Sikkim created it's own curriculum with consultation of students and inputs from very other reputed institutes

Internships Opportunities

No as of now there is no any internships for undergraduates but for postgraduate there are internships under hod's and PhD's.mainly in chemistry physics power system automation etc.the stipend I don't, t know exactly but it is around 15-20k

Placement Experience

4

Placements are quite gud here 1.powergrid 2.bel 3.bpcl 4.intel 5.microsoft 6.inatech 7.capegemini 8.tech mahindra 9.l&t power 10.l&t construction 11.tcs There are lot of other companies two like IBM, Tcs the mass recruiters

College Events

3.5

Udgam the cultural fest organised in every even semester by 2nd year students. Many TV celebrities and local stars have till date joined and increase it's reach. Abhiyantran in odd semester organised by 3rd year populated by innovations and lrojects. Lot from other colleges too where grand prizes are given

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible but a hike in fees has increased it to around 70000 per semester for tuition fee only.and many other fees like medical sports groups etc. It costs around 1 lakh here per semester

Fees and Financial Aid

No any college specific scholarships is not available here. But the common ones provided to SC's and St's and minorities can be opted by approval and in consent with college administration. Banks like Sbi and hdfc are in the market to apply for loans at low rates

Campus Life

2.5

Extracurricular activities are he plus point here. Since this college strength is not that high so each and every student can grow and share their talents with others. Labs are not at par with other institutes but earlier there were no labs when we were sent to IIT Guwahati and IIT kharagpur in trade off with sem breaks

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel infrastructure is good since they are very new and prefabricated ones as per latest designs with seismic proof. Wi-Fi is available all time with gym, canteen, sports facilities in the hostel. Washing machines in each hostel

Alumni/Alumna

There are lot of alumni networks here some governed by the faculties here with each and every contacts updated. Due to these network now a lot of students are getting internships in better companies and many are getting placed in big companies off campus

Exam Structure

Exam structure is like two internals in one semester and one end semester exam. There is mini project and major projects in second last and last semesters. The internals are of 25 marks each and end semester of 50 marks

Admission

Session process is simple. You have to go through counselling after keep mains results are out. Then if any any round you got some seat then you have two option to either lock or move on. Once locked pay fees and get admitted

Faculty

3.5

Faculty is quite good for cse and eee branch. Earlier the faculties were quite good, but after these gud faculties got some other option in abroad or other reputed institutes like IIT and nit they left

The course curriculum is pretty outdated, they need to update it. The professors try to accomodate and teach stuff out of the syllabi as per the emerging trends. The difficulty level is average and the exams are easy to score on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B pharmacy is a professional course and if influenced me to choose this course This course prepares you for real world application starting from communication to discipline every thing is taught in this course one becomes very disciplined and dedicated to this course once they opt for it The improvement required is to give proper gaps between sessional and semister examination as it puts too much stress on student and the faculty at the ending rushes and completes the syllabus in a hurry without proper explaination and just gives ppts at the end and sometimes doesnt even complete the syllabus before semister exams . So i think this thing needs to be inproved Sessional examinations are not too hard but semister examinations are mild to hard

I do not have much idea about this field. If I'm not wrong internships begin from 2nd to 3rd year itself, and placements from 4th year. The avergae package here is around 6 LPA, and the highest package offered is 56 LPA. That'll be all from side.
