Course Curriculum Overview

3

My Influence to choose this course was to treat mentally unstable people oru people with depression anxiety and other disorders The syllabus and course curriculum prepares us for real world rather than academic pursuits The area that they have to improve as the lab facility for physiology, which is my minor and the timing of exam when it comes to language it's very difficult to write for 60 marks in just 1 and half hour

Internships Opportunities

2

Basically I just don't have any idea of the internships here they told us that in the end of the course we will have the internship at various hospitals and colleges. I don't think we'll get stipend. This is just an art and science college, so that level of internship is not gonna get here.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm studying in farook college and my fee structure right now is for a sem I have to pay 12,630. I have eight sem here because of FYUGP but when it comes to Aided departments, they don't have fees like this. I have joined here in management so I need to pay these fees, and I already paid a donation of one lakh in the beginning of first Sem. But I will get that cash back when I get out from this college after four years. I am in self finance department where there is management and merit self financing. For the students who have joined in self finance department for merit they just have to pay the sem fees, not the donation of one lakh I don't have the fees for lab, but they will ask fees for the examinations and the programs which our department is going to conduct, there are so many scholarships our college union giving, but most of them are only available for aided students or self finance students in Merit, but not for management students have joined here. Thats all

Campus Life

4

There are so many programs conducting here in department, wise and college overall, it will make us to interact socially. Fozlava is our arts fest held in January and in November and December there will be so many union conducting programs like inauguration ceremonies Our library is just fabulous. There are so many ranges of different types of books and it's huge. in classrooms there are TV to present the videos and all classes are smart classes , there is Mike in every classes and 4-6 fans in each classrooms Sports and extra curricular activities is familiar in campus the prioritize kalostav and getting students ready for that and to win in D zone kalostav and go to interzone in our department there will be so many programs which held in every month like kahani it's a program which any popular storyteller or motivator come into college and we have a session of two hours of our feelings and life that makes students very happy and engaged

Hostel Facilities

3

the Hostel facilities is not bad but students have to adjust a lot because in one room where accommodating aid students with double tech med and it's very congesting and students does not have proper tables to study. It's a major issue and the food is ok they will have non-veg most of the days in once a week they will have Biyani and the timetable is repeating in week after week and here we will get cold, hot and normal water. We have the facility of washing stone and the bathroom is dirty, dirty in ground floor, but when it comes to second and third floor, it's not that dirty or Hostel have three floor in the time of registration processor for Hostel first I paid ?12,000 and in every month they will have the fee of 4K to 5 k if I friended a room or PG I should've pay more because it's very expensive and the food is not that good but I think when it comes to the second year, I will definitely move to PG

Admission

The thing was I had written CUET and I scored about 50 percentage of mark I wanted to get in Hyderabad University, but I thought I didn't get it so I didn't applied there. I was busy applying in Kerala college is like ragiri , Devagiri and Farook College when I found out rajagiri is expensive I drop it and in case of the devagiri I got the admission for functional English but I wasn't interested in that. I wanted bsc Psychology Which I didn't get there so I tried hard to get in for a college because of my relative I get in here in a management seat in self financing department Here to get in aided department need at least 97 percent. to get in self financing department need atleast 96 percent.. I was able to get in it, but I forgot to apply in self finance so I try another method and get management seat

Faculty

4

The faculty student relationship is great here they would understand all our problems and find solutions for that and I like my Psychology faculty Asif Sir he is very understanding and his teaching style is very different from others. He always conduct a debate on such topics which we can go and think beyond our expectations. and I don't have a faculty which I don't like when it comes to exam there will be two exams in one year in 2 semesters. basically a five or 10 percentage of students will fail, but overall chances to win. the course curriculum is now very new to us because of FYUGP so we are just getting used to that

Interview Experience

2

I just didn't face any serious group discussion or interview. It was just an interview where they ask my marks place , name that such basic things. There was no written test for the admission The criteria to get in the college used to score good marks of 95 or above percentage.

Night Life

3

Basically there is no nightlife for girls. That is a big problem like they control girls restrict them to don't go outside in night time but whenever I stay in my friends apartment, I get nightlife there, limited number of hotels and restaurants in surroundings of college. It's very poor and there is no a nice cafe.. but when it comes to record there is beach so many aesthetic cafés but in Farook, there is no such things. I've already mentioned the Hostel standards timings for girls. They should enter at Hostel in sharp 4:30 this case is for first year students but when it comes to second year and 30th, they will have the Hostel time of 6 PM and the locality is safe to roam around at night,

From 5th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Big banks like federal bank, south indian bank provide high placement package with the highest package being 60k per month. Other IT companies like Wipro, accenture, and deloit etc also provide high package placements.Almost 50 to 75 percent of students get placed after third year. My plan is if i get a good package I'll go for the placement or else I'll go for my masters degree

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
