Likes

Faculty approaches students for improvement in their grooming and communication skills and also enhances students practicality
Students are granted the platform to participate in extracurricular activities like sports and other kitchen events and many more
There are many competitions held for the growth nd confidence of the student

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college is not very good as the building is very old and need renovation in some areas
There are many subjects that are extra and are of no need for the core department
Sometimes the food that are provided in the cafeteria is not up to the mark as different cuisines are made everyday.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course of hotel management provies interest in different departments that allows a student to follow their passion in the future . There are many training given the the students to face the real world after also they gain the real experience working at the hotel

Class Size: 280Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Placement Experience

A good placement drive is given to the students with almost 90% students gets placed and gets good job opportunities We start our placement from the 5th semester of 3rd year which ends in the 6th semester There are many reputed hotels that visited like taj , oberoi , hyatt, hilton etc

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees we pay approx 1.5lakh per year. There is no extra fees that we have to pay We have paid approx 15000 to IGNOU . We have scholarships based on caste basis and state basis. Also our college has a scholarship for the residents of jammu and kashmir.

Campus Life

My overall experience with the campus life is going great In our campus every festival is celebrated with many other college events also celebrated here We have all the books in the library which are required for your core departments

Admission

I've applied to different colleges for the courses like bcom but ihad the passion for cooking and ihm Lucknow provides a great opportunity for the courses I had interest in I had a interest to become a chef so following that particular passion and interest i enrolled in this course Have to give nchm ct exam then according to our rank we choose college

Faculty

Faculties are very much experienced nd gives their insightful knowledge to the students The faculty also encourages students to approach them with any questions a student might have All the faculties are very helpful in case of need Per semester, mid term exam and then finals are held And we have 6 semesters

Night Life

We have many great places to roam around in lucknow like imambada ,chowk , 10/90 and many parks The food here is very delicious and mainly if you are non veg lover . We live the food that are provided here Also there are many clubs and hangout spaces for the students and enjoy a great night life

Placement Experience:

From the 5 semester the companies are coming to campus for the recruitment process and the students also getting job and some students get job just after the completion of degree and some before and their are many hotels who visit like taj group of hotels, Oberoi group of hotels, burger King, and many more

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is good . In fourth semester students become eligible for campus placement. The companies visits for our course is the Taj palace, EROS entertainment, crown plaza etc. The offer made to most of the students. The highest package is 18LPA and average pakage is 6LPA. The profiles offered are executive, person in sales, front office etc. Almost 9/10 students get placed in our college. After getting degree I plan to work with a good hotel chain.

My little college

Placement Experience:

In the fifth semester the students become eligible for the campus placement. A lot of companies have visited example IHCL, Oberoi, Hyatt, Hilton, JLL, California Burrito and so on. Every company offered a management training program in their organisation. The highest package offred was of 420000 for a MT program 20 to 30% of students get the placement. To work under a reputated organisation.

After the 5th semester when you clear the exams you are eligible for the campus placement and after that companies come to our college for the recruitment drive and people are getting direct it for that company is which visited were like you can say Devyani international Domino's Leela palace Taj Novotel crown plaza that is under IHG and some other retail companies like the aditya birla, highest package I would say it would be around 10 to 12 lacs or 15 lakh and lowest would be you can say 2-2.5 lkhs students getting placements were around I could say 70% because 30% some didn't want the job and some were not capable for that, my plans like I need a good job and to study further

Placement Experience:

Approx 99% of the students get placements in IHMs. The placement record of IHMs has been tremendous so far. Students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Companies like Oberoi, taj , air India , indigo , dominos, JLL , lemon tree, and much more come for recruitment. The average package is round about 12LPA.

This college was not not my first choice I want to go to ihm bangalore but I didn't get it in first counseling and after in second councelling I got ihm lucknow and when I searched about it was good also it was near to my hometown that's why I choose this college, i didn't got rejection from any college. The admission process starts with the induction round in which those candidates are there who got ranking under 3000 in national exam for hotel management conducted by NCHMCT there is no age limit and the admission process takes only one day and it is in the campus....Read More

My little college

My first preference was this college only and after this The other preferences include IHM Delhi and IHM Mumbai. Since my first preference was this college IHM Lucknow and as soon as I got the confirmation I continued with it. I choose this college because of the popular celebrity chef Ranveer Brar also studied in this college. Since I see him as my mentor I applied for this college. No I did not get a rejection from other colleges since this was the only one college I applied to. To be eligible for taking admission in this college you first need to clear the NCHMCT JEE exam and after the exam you get a rank and based on the cutoff of different colleges you can apply for it. After that it is basic paper work and you can continue your college from there. My rank was 1400 and I was easily able to apply for the college. Even people with 9000 rank are there in this college woth their SC/ST category....Read More
