Actually, I am very good at Indian cuisine, and I would like to enhance my knowledge and skills by taking this course. Surely, it will greatly benefit me.
I did my industrial training at Taj Mahal Lucknow, and I had a wonderful experience.

Dislikes

Colleges provide scholarships to various students who come from poor family backgrounds, specifically those who cannot afford the fees.
There is no sports facility there, no WiFi on the campus except for the hostel students. The library has the capacity to accommodate 70 students at a time, and each lab is fully equipped, although the equipment is outdated.

My little college

Likes

You get a platform to perform and practice your skills, availability of ingredients is there.
The course offers internship to gain hands on experience in the real industry.

Dislikes

The timings of the college becomes very late (9 to 5) and you hardly get any time to do personal things
There is a very laid back attitude amongst the students and very less people are motivated towards their goals.

Placement Experience:

In the fifth semester the students become eligible for the campus placement. A lot of companies have visited example IHCL, Oberoi, Hyatt, Hilton, JLL, California Burrito and so on. Every company offered a management training program in their organisation. The highest package offred was of 420000 for a MT program 20 to 30% of students get the placement. To work under a reputated organisation.

Our faculties and their teaching skills are good
We have well equipped practical lab with utensils

Dislikes

The hygiene and sanitation in the washroom area is very bad.
The campus is very small where this college student do not have a place to play the outdoor sports

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is relatively good and is around 90 to 100 percent every year since our college having the placement rank of 5 across India we got all the major hospitality brands as well as retail brands Pan India including the Taj groups Oberoi the Leela ITC and the other known brand of the industry and the details we have Aditya Birla group Reliance group mode in the highest salary package is around 9 lakh for the retail sector and 5 lakh the average package romes around 4 to 5 lakh

Life of hotel management student in IHM Lucknow

One of the best thing in IHM is learning thing practically the our curriculum focuses mainly on practicals rather than theory
The management of institute is quite well and the curriculum is also good

Dislikes

Fee structure is quite high and and it is hard to affordable for a middle class family
My curriculum is a bit late back but now it's changed after my batch

Placement Experience:

Aur campus placement rate is around 80 to 90% or comparatively high which increases year of the year every year the campus different drive is conducted from mid of September to mid of February and campuses from all over India like Taj Oberoi ITC and the major brand hospitality as well retails joins us for the campus placement drive which gives students a chance to work on the best possible companies of hospitality and details all over the India.

Placement Experience:

The lowest packages is 2 lakh and the highest packages 50 lakh there are two many companies we check come and take the student to their company there are his arching of the company which is starting from a lowest to the highest and and some companies take the student as a supervisor

Best Hotel Management College in India

Likes

Faculties are very expert, helpful and amazing.
The infrastructure of the college is good, campus is very big and learning facilities and amenities are also good.

Dislikes

The Hostel mess only provide veg food and eggs.
The playground for the hostel students is common for Girls and Boys Hostel students and it is very small.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The practical classes experience and training experience prepares the students for the real world applications. Teaching methods used by the faculties are very unique and amazing. The exams are neither too difficult not too easy.

IHM Lucknow- hospitality college in lucknow.

The aspect which I like about my college it is a good environment to study and also the faculties are good they are very Good at teaching and provides a very good knowledge about the curriculum and the course.
at the time of placement the students have much more choice and many companies came including hotels there are also retail brands and also entrepreneurship brands in our college.

Dislikes

As I personally think the college timing should be changed as we Are the hostels but those students who are not the hostlers and they came from far side they can't reach the college on time someday.
The college campus does not have playground to play some sports games I think the college should provide students sports full environment so that the student is good in sports can achieve their goals.

Placement Experience:

Yes our college does provide placement the placements starts from fifth semester is that for third year many companies came into our college for recruitment for example Oberoi, The Park, Taj, roseate etc. Average package offered by the college was about 3,20,000 and the highest package from the college was about eight lakh per annum last year. Talking about percentage of students getting placed from our college is quite good and it is about 99%. my plans after getting the degree is took place in a reputed brand and I want to work in Kitchen department of hotel.

IHM LUCKNOW a central government college in Lucknow.

I like the faculty of the college too much they are always there for the students and support the students every time when it needed.
I also like the hostel facility offered by the college, it is just few steps away from the college itself and perfect to attend college timing

Dislikes

The washroom service provided at college campus is not so much good and it is disrty most of the time. Also there are 4 floors in the building and only one or two washroom are cleaned but not proper cleaned.
The timing of the college is not so much good and it is started from 9 am to 5 pm , but personally i didn't like the college timing.

Placement Experience:

In my college ihm Lucknow campus placement is offered to the students. The eligibility of the students to appear for the campus placement is that they should have in their third year of course as the campus placement is offered at the last year of the course. Talking about the companies that visited our college for placements top recruiters are Taj ,Oberoi ,Hilton , Marriott , etc. Apart from hotels sales recruiters are also come for recruitment process and top recruiters in sales are Aditya Birla, Reliance retail, H&M ,Burger King etc. Highest package a student got from our college is 12 LPA . Lowest package a student got from our college is 3.5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placed is 84%. My plans after the degree or completion of my course is to I want good and secure job in Taj group of hotels basically I want to crack M of Taj group of hotels.

Great exposure to the industry because of the guest lectures and alumni meets.
Great connections with the industry's leading companies and hotels like Oberoi, Hyatt, Taj, Radisson etc.

Dislikes

Syllabus needs to be renewed as it is not set up with the current standards of the industries.
Small campus, no space for any physical activities like sports.

Placement Experience:

Placement starts in the third and final year of the college. Multiple companies and hotels come to visit the campus placements like Oberoi, Hyatt, Radisson, Taj etc. and retail companies like Delhi Duty Free etc. and Airlines line Indigo etc. Highest placement in 2018 was around 300000 and lowest was around 144000. 100% students got placed.
