My observations

Likes

The faculties are very nice and supportive and their way of teaching is very nice . faculties here focuses on each student and help them to grow in their career.
Practical are to be conducted daily which is good for students to learn about industry,theory classes are also run on daily basis which increases knowladege of the student
College provide exposure to students by making them participate in different events and even there are many events managed by the students which is providing managerial skills in students .

Dislikes

Food is wasted very much because of practical classes and the food either consumed by the student or else wasted also in cafeteria food wastage is very much
The casual staff is not good they are casually working ,not by taking responsibility.
Some areas of college need to be renovated but it is not happening since we are here.

Admission:

This college was not not my first choice I want to go to ihm bangalore but I didn't get it in first counseling and after in second councelling I got ihm lucknow and when I searched about it was good also it was near to my hometown that's why I choose this college, i didn't got rejection from any college. The admission process starts with the induction round in which those candidates are there who got ranking under 3000 in national exam for hotel management conducted by NCHMCT there is no age limit and the admission process takes only one day and it is in the campus.

My personal experience to my college

Likes

College is looked like heritage property
This college is follow profesionalism which is good
Ihm Lucknow always strict about there rules and regulations

Dislikes

Wasting of food in lunch in cafeteria is more
Campus is little bit small because by there rank it should be large

Admission:

This college is near to my home town which is prayagraj and the ranking of this college is comes in top 5 and the placement is 100 percent I am not applying any other colleges because my aim is to join IHM Lucknow for my better future Admission process is basically you have to fill the NCHMCT form which is conduct by JEE after that counselling is done and then according to rank colleges are alloted to the students

In the college events are the thing which I like the most.
Cultural events like music, band is exciting.
Food events , yuva tourism, yoga , games, etc

Dislikes

Infrastructure, accounts department, raunak sir, dharmendra sahu
Old infrastructure, faculty from the college, food of the cafeteria
Less student engagement activities, waha do some more activities

Admission:

For addmission in the college of hotel management applicants can visit nchmct website and apply their. Students who 12pass can apply from any stream can apply. According to the percentage u got in the entrance exam students get their college .

My college life

Likes

The most things I like is the faculty who give us the continuos support
Students and faculty both are really very good .
Management was also very good previously

Dislikes

Gate are closed from morning till afternoon
Mess food is also not much good that student could have
Whole burden is on the students and the pressure is more

Admission:

Because I have a clean destination of becoming an executive housekeeper because I am fully confident about myself . College also give us personal development which help us in becoming a successful achiever

A hotel management student life

Likes

Faculty approaches students for improvement in their grooming and communication skills and also enhances students practicality
Students are granted the platform to participate in extracurricular activities like sports and other kitchen events and many more
There are many competitions held for the growth nd confidence of the student

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college is not very good as the building is very old and need renovation in some areas
There are many subjects that are extra and are of no need for the core department
Sometimes the food that are provided in the cafeteria is not up to the mark as different cuisines are made everyday.

Admission:

I've applied to different colleges for the courses like bcom but ihad the passion for cooking and ihm Lucknow provides a great opportunity for the courses I had interest in I had a interest to become a chef so following that particular passion and interest i enrolled in this course Have to give nchm ct exam then according to our rank we choose college

The course has to amended by the authority

I chose this college because it comes in Top 10 colleges of hotel management in India also it has the top professors for all the subjects as well as it has the biggest campus than any other IHM in india

Just an amazing IHM Lucknow

Likes

The practical classes are awesome and faculty also listen to their students
The placement rate is also 80 to 90 percentage
Internship is also provided by college that's a good thing

Admission:

Basically the ranking of this college is very good which is 6th all over India. And also it is very convenient and has a good placement percentage and that is a good thing and we can get admission through a exam NCHMCT JEE conducted by NTA.

I choose this college as I live In Lucknow and wanted to do college in my city And one most main reason was as it is top 1 college for hotel management in Uttar Pradesh and top 5 or 6 college in India And to get admission in this college you must paas the nchmct exam conducted by NTA and must get rank under 2500

A guide to IHM Lucknow

Likes

The faculty is very nice and well experienced
The campus it nice and comprehensive overall
The hostel is very comfortable for the students

Dislikes

The structure and the infrastructure could be better
The length of this course it should be more than 3 years
Fee could have been lower for the students

Admission:

This college was rated as 4th best college by you guys which helped me in choosing my college as I wanted to go to the best College which is available for hospitality management and this was the one College which I got according to my rank and was the best to get into so I chose this College
