Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum helps us to get a good idea about our core subjects. With the knowledge we get from the curriculum we can easily get a job in our core field. It helps us to know more about our core subject theoritically and practically

Placement Experience

Our college has a very strong placement system that offers us a lot of varieties of jobs . Every year lots of students gets placed in various companies. Very large number of national and international companies come to the college every year. Both hardware and software companies

Fees and Financial Aid

So as a electronics and communication engineering student the fees for first year is 85 thousand rupees and from second year it reduces to 62500 rupees per year. At the time of admission they take 15 thousand rupees as caution deposit we will get this money back when we complete the course. There will be scholarship for sc and st students. For merit admission the fees is around 45 thousand rupees

Campus Life

The college has a very large library which is one of main features of our college which offers a wide variety of books to the students for free . Our college conducts a various number of programs every year and the programs are quite good and grand the notable programs are tech fest and arts . Our college has smart classes air conditioned labs

Admission

The reason I choose this college is because it is very near to my home and it is easy for me to travel to and fro daily. The college has a very strong placement system that offers us a lot of jobs . Knows lots of people who studied in this college and having a good job

Faculty

So oru academics are on semester based. We have semester exam at the end of every semester. Other than that we have two internal exams and several class tests conducted by the college. The faculties are highly professional and highly educated and have a good knowledge about their subjects and always there to help us regarding any doubts. Majority of the students pass the exams. The faculties gives us regular notes

Night Life

Night life is quite week in our college it only gets on during program days otherwise night life is quite bland . When programs are conducted the night life is such a vibe . The night life in hostels are good vibes

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Average student experience at amrita

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

I preferred this college because it was closer to my home and my cousin studied there. I got admission through state merit. I got this college on the third allotment, on both the other allotment i got placed but i was looking forward to this college so i rejected them both. To get eligibility to my college i need a minimum of 60 percent on my PCM subjects. KEAM exam which is kerala state entrance exam, you have to pass it inorder to apply for the colleges of your preference. Almost every student i know have written the keam exam and almost everyon is in merit seat. Merit seat has a cut off of 25000 from the management fee which is 100000 and merit fee will be 75000...Read More
