I like the most thing of my university is the environment surroundings and senior junior culture. And all profesor are highly educated
Minimum fee for BA course with quality education helpful for poor students
My university is coed it's good for girls and boys both just because we both learn a lot of things from each other

Dislikes

Campus facility is not like that as I expected or saw in you tube
Canteen is unavailable due to this we have to go outside of campus for eat
Lack of books in university Library you will not get any relevant books related from your syllabus very bad management by librarian

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course just because I have to do upsc in my future and the faculty for arts in my university is well they are experienced. Exam is semester wise which means after 6 months one exam held . There are lot of area to improve like teaching quality, campus life etc

Campus Life

There are scarcity of books in library you will never found your relevant book from library Many groups are run like TMS society, aksu ,nsu etc university has own coach and best player for different different sports

Hostel Facilities

Room quality is below average, wall is too old got only 2 bed , 2 table chair small sharing room with 2 boys , food quality of mess is quite good. You have to apply on university official website for hostel and fill separately form for all hostels according to the marks you will get your hostel

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Admission

I applied for BHU but I rejected and then I got this college and first I gave CUET then I got this college it's a entrance test for getting central university in our country, I choose this college because this is located in praygraj and praygraj is hub for civil services

Faculty

Approx the number of faculty only in my course is 60-65 and students are approx 3000 it means approx 1 teacher on 50 student I like most sumedha pandey maim because her teaching skill is awesome Exam level is difficult,too much strictness in exam as well as in marking scheme

Night Life

There is no any gym in campus, one central library and many departmental Library, famous hangout place is katra , civil line outside the college and bargad lawn inside the campus approx 10 hostels of boys and girls

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very useful for me in civil services examination because Optional subject remains important in Upsc examination and if u are already pursuing a degree in a subject which will be your optional in civil services examination then it will be great choice of yours . curriculum prepares me so well. Recently teachers werw changed due to their poor performances in class. This improvement was done. Now exams frequency and timings wero also fine and there was not difficultly level at all

Placements in my college are really nice and the placement cell was we have to find the placements for the students studying the college they make they also make sure that the students are well equipped with the skill so that to get place in my college students are eligible from the 6th semester for the campus placements the highest packages was offered in my college was around 6 lakhs and average packages is about 2 lakh per annum and around 80% of the students get their placements rest also get jobs from where according to their personalities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall curriculum was good that they make proper schedules of classes and all but there was something lacking is that sometimes the professor was absent and we wasn't aware about that and sitting in that class without knowing they should inform us or make a proper arrangement for replacing of class with other teacher and also there was lacking of technology in studies I didn't remember how many times they used the projector for proper teaching.

Don't come in allahabad university

After my CUET exam i applied in delhi university and allahabad university , i also got seat in delhi university in deen dayal collage , i also paid the fee in that collage , i also got institue of engineering and technology lucknow - with chemical branch but i cannot reach on time on councelling day because of family issue and that day i was in train and that train was 6 hour late ,but after that i also get admission in allahabad university , because allahabad university is more near to my home so i decided to persue degree in this collage .but this was biggest mistake of my life , because this collage is not able to called central university, if you want to take admission in this collage you have to give entrence called CUET , then councelling on his own website. cutoff will be low...Read More
