Likes

Faculty is good, teachers are good as well
Hostel facilities are decent and not bad
People here are kind and very trustworthy

Dislikes

Food is not good which can be improved again
The location is very irrelevant of its place
Location again as its very very far away

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is pretty good giving placements to every students who qualify for the conditions given. They can still improve in non it areas where they give placements based on their knowledge of c program

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 345000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is based on management quota and is around 345k which is not the same if we are joining normally without management quota. Our college may offer some scholarships but currently i am unaware of any of them.

Campus Life

The campus life and social life is good the only problem is the language barrier but again its not a big issue, english being the common language fixes it. No issues except the few mentioned above....

Admission

The college compared to other colleges in india was better as a T2, and personally I didnt have much time to choose between colleges so this was my well fit option looking at the time if my admission.

Faculty

The faculties and all are good even the college is good with such nice environment as it's located in banglore. The only few problems are its location (deep inside banglore) and the food they serve is of same taste

Night Life

Nightlife is good and there are light cutoff sometimes but they're not something huge of a worry for us. The public id allowed to go outside gate only till 9:30 at night after that the gate closes and we're not allowed

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Placement Experience:

Yes our college provide placements, from final year that is 7th semester they will allow for placements, Many companies visited our college like tcs, Cognizant, indegene, microland etc and average package is 400000 and highest is 1500000 it given by oracle, Nearly 60 percent students got that is either in both technical and non technical jobs, my plans to join a IT company

Good Learning

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are fairly good and students become eligible for campus placements from the final year, usually from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the campus every year and offewre opportunuties in different roles such as software developer,analyst, technical support, and other entry-level positions.

Well in case of placements it's not upto the mark because, As it's a Government college for companies there will be a zero promotion. One more thing is there is no separate funds to accommodate the officials came to the college for placements And the college is not working with 100% efficiency towards placements of students

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

A good college life

Placement Experience:

• Students become eligible for campus placement from the 5th semester itself • Companies like TCS, WIPRO , INFOSYS, TECH MAHINDRA, HCL , IBM , AMAZON etc do visit college every year and a good amount of 80 to 90 offers are made per year • Highest package offered here is 13 lpa and the average lpa is around 5 to 6 lpa • Almost every student gets placed here with a good lpa • My plan is to get a good job from here and secondly preparing for higher studies

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester we will become eligible for campus placements. Very few companies will visit for chemical engineering those are aslo not core. Highest package offered for a chemical engineering is 600000 I guess this aslo a long back. But dont take a hope on placements here in chemical weapons. Do mainly focus on Gate exam. Get good score go for mtech or apply for good core jobs for interview.

About the college

The minimum mark is to aggregate 60% in sslc and hsc..and the entrance is based on u wish either jee,jet or comedk. i actually did not applied for any other colleges because i wanted to study in this college only and i made it . So the admission process in this college is they give seat based on jee percentile and comedk marks and cutoff must be above 80 percentile in jee and comedk rank less than 15000.
