Likes

The societies all are very good and engaging in many events. And working on overall improvement of students.
Ncc in many colleges is one of the best volunteer organisation work of cadet Development
Lab are in almost all college that help MPs students in practical.

Dislikes

The condition of play grounds are very poor
There are no sports equipment at lost in my college
There no facilities of good benches and desks in the classs rooms.

Course Curriculum Overview

Geography deparment is very relevent in Today's time as it includes many mordern technics such as remote sensing and GIS geographic Information system . These system help in many fileds includes Economic activies, agriculture activities and Military purpose.

Campus Life

My over all experince in this society is very good campus Infrastructure is desent and mates are interactive Many society and clubs are there Including :- debate society, photography, dance, poetry etc I am engage in my ncc activity

Admission

I got admission in this college through cuet examination And there are only 7 coed colleges that provide Geography and other are only women colleges of delhi University This college is in my Prefresene because it is close to my home and reachable. And admission process is through a simple ofline form submission is required.

Faculty

Faculty to students ratio is about 1:60 And almost all faculty members are reachable Some teachers like dr abhijeet malhan he is very well in what he teach and encouraging students for participating in different activities for better development

Night Life

There are some gym in nera by college There some food trucks as well many pg for girls and boys are also available. There is in famous khatushyam delhi dhaam mandir in walking distance to college. At niggt as well tge area is safe.

Truth About Hidden IPCW (DU)

Placement Experience:

Since i am 2nd year myself, hearing from seniors, seeing placement cell activities and reading reports, placement at ipcw are decent but far from perfect. The placement drive is not as huge or reliable as some commerce Acc. to the nirf report, for ug courses out of 1204 eligible students 118 got placed, which is roughly 9-10, for pg course, out of 100 eligible students only 6 got placed. Median package for UG was 6.20 lakhs per annum, and for pg is 6.7 lakhs per annum. In earlier years (2022-23) , median UG package was higher. The highest package went to 23 lakhs per annum which was quite impressive. It was from DE Show and co., Wipro, Capgeminie etc. there are regular recruiters like DE. Shaw abd co.,Wipro, Capegemini, Godrej properties, Sirion Labs etc. What i feel personaly as an eco hons. student unless i build extra i cant really expect placement. Masters and competetive exams are next option
