My is Muhammed Fardhin T. I am pursuing a BTECH in Computer Science and Engineering at Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, Nellikuzhi, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. Additionally, I am enrolled in an-on course provided by the college in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The fee structure for my college (Management) does not require an admission fee, but we need to pay what we can afford only at the time of admission. The annual fees are as follows: in the first year 139,000; in the second year, 100,000; in the third year, 50,000 INR; in the fourth year, 50,000 INR. The total fee is 339,000 INR without hostel fees. If you stay in the hostel, it will be 50,000 INR per year, so the total should be 539,000 INR to complete the course. For SC/ST category students, the fee is 20,000 INR per year without hostel, and with hostel, it will be 70,000 INR per. KEAM merit students benefit from a reduction of 20,000 INR every., the lab fee is 10,000 INR per year, and the development fee is 5,000 INR per year.

The best faculty member is my math teacher, Mrs. Ambili Jain She is the best teacher I have ever seen, and she teaches problem-solving very well. My graphics (engineering teacher, Mrs. Nidhi, is also very friendly The main part of this college that there are no bad teachers; all teachers are very friendly. Some teachers are better, which is I mentioned their names. Regarding the cell, we have eight semesters, with two semesters each year, making the total course duration four years. As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
