Remarks
The main positive highlight of the college is theit cutriculum as it covers all the needed portion for a particular engineering branch. Since there is every facility needed we should be able to makr the most use of it.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum consists of both theoretical as well as practical classes. There is a lot of facility for the students inside the campus for practical classes. The student will be given individual equipments in lab so that he could get a full hands on experience on machines like lathe, shaper etc.
Placement Experience
There are wide variety of companies from different fields that come to college for recruitment. The most placements occur from computer science engineering branch. They gets almost 95% placement and an average CTC of 12-15 lakh. While the other branches gets an average CTC of 6-8 lakhs and a placement of about 60%
College Events
The social and cultural events are the other main highlight of this college. The student gets a wide variety of clubs to join like music club, forestry club, literary and debating club etc., in which they conducts lots of programs in most of the weekend days.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Comparitively the fees structure is feasible and cheap as this is a tier - 1 institute, even if the student takes a loan for education it will be worth as there is more chance for placement. The fees structure for the students who came through SAT Exams are litte expensive.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't availed any loan, so i am not much aware of it. But i have heard of some scholarships like MCMS fot minority community in which they get a good amouny of money each year. The new students can also get concessions on fees by showing some proof of their income
Campus Life
There is a lot of activities going on in the campus regularly. The students can participate and get certificates from these activitirs. The labs are fully equipped with all types of machines required for each branch. The sports section of the college is comparitively weak.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes the alumnis are of great help. The may refer yoj to different companies. The alumni network is always active and of great use to tue third years and final years. They also provide required materials for placement preparations.
Admission
I got admission through SAT Exams conducted in Saudi Arabia. Since i havr done my schooling in Saudi Arabia. The admission procedures were simple as we will be told to submit the required documents. There will be around 100 seats for students who clears through SAT exam.
Faculty
The senior faculties are all well educated as well as highly helpful in academic purposes. The adhoc faculties are not much upto level to teach in such a reputed college. Most of the professors are either NITians or IITians. They are very much strict.
