What Students Say

Likes

In our college i felt that we need more sports and extra activities
Faculty is teaching nice and they use latest projectors and laptops to teach
Campus is nice and good infrastructure and new Block is construction Lab facilities are good.

Dislikes

We need one ground for programs like we have only cricket ground
And we need parking service better we are keeping our bike but it taking time to get outside
Roads must be some large to go college daily due to traffic

Course Curriculum Overview

I like cse so i joined in this college because of good lab facilities and nice teaching staff. We need more on real world applications and projects our college is good in that but we want more.In our college there is a special tt classes also to improve coding skills

Class Size: 71Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I will pay 100000 fee and i will get scholarship of 35000 from government. Hostel fee is 95000 per year lab fee and all fee are in included in main college fee only. My friends doesn't got seat in a college he paid 250000 fee.

Campus Life

Freshers day will be celebrate in our college during the start of the academic year when juniors came to our college and synergy fest will be held every year and sports held in December or in January hackathons and campfire will be there

Admission

I don't get rejections from other colleges i liked this college when I visited this college i saw this environment and i liked this college when compared to other colleges outside of city and peaceful environment.

Faculty

In our college faculty is good and we have enough faculty and good teachers and lab incharges.I like mostly our ds mam she teaches well and take care of everyone.I also like Mariya mam she is very good teacher

Night Life

Gym Will be provided in our college hostel and canteen is good in our college. Hostel closes at night 11 and Full security provided. In emergency we can go outside any time. Fast food centre 90's cafe is good near our college

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

Placement Experience:

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

The placements here are good and the highest package for this year 2024 is around 54 lakhs and last year the Highest package is 42 lakhs offered by Amazon there are placements available for every branch and the average package is 9 lakhs

The world inside GRIET

Placement Experience:

After the third year or 6th Semester you can take part in placements. There has been a lack of companies visiting this year. So far Infosys, accenture, cognizant, LSEG, Verisk have come for placements. The details are unknown to all the people but the highest package yet has been around 16-20 LPA. The Percentage of students getting placed is less compared to previous years around 20-30%
