I chose this course because I was interested in that field and also the college was near to my home state. all I wish a more placement in my course. yeah events are held regularly for extra activities

My college offers internship opportunities across various departments, including Engineering, Sciences, Humanities, and Management. These internships are open to students from Indian and foreign institutions enrolled in bachelor's or master's programs. The companies such as jio,Infosys,tata etc

NIT Durgapur has a decent placement record, attracting numerous reputable companies across various sectors. The placement process typically begins in the seventh semester or in the month of July for final-year students, with companies conducting pre-placement talks as well as tests. In the year 2023, nit dgp achieved an overall placement rate of 84.66% for B.Tech students. The highest package offered was 70 lpa and an average package of 13.62 LPA.

The fees is very high it is around 8.5 lakh though it it a government college still it is expensive. The tuition fees is fixed which is 62500 for each semester.There is fee waiver for sc/st category of 100% tuition fee waived and for those whose family income is Between 1-5 lakh there 75% tuition fee is waived

All the facilities such as wifi,labs, library are available and also Infrastructures are great as well neat and clean. The books are really accessible and enough time period is given to again return the books to library. Sports and curriculum activities are very common in my college as well as lots of events fest use to held in my college

The hostel facility is not that much good.. The infrastructure is simple. You are given with three seated room. The meal quality is totally hygienic. In our college living in hostel is compulsory for both boys or girls

First of all this college comes under top 10 nits of all over India. The college was also near to my home state that is bihar. It is also one of the old engineering college the placement is also decent

Faculty are very helpful call and sweet you can ask them any doubt they are highly qualified and the course is absolutely relevant here. The semester exams are not that much tough it's moderate all you need is concentration in classroom and that's enough

Toh can hangout anywhere inside the college the environment is very good. Some places such as chandu canteen Nescafe are famous for late night activities. The in timing is 8:30 for girls and for btech first year.the gym, cafeteria, library all are available in my college
