Likes
- Faculties are well qualified and they teach well. Some faculties teach very well and make students understand in easy ways. They also provide their contact number to help students in studies.
- Since it is a private college, it has very good infrastructure. The library is very large and filled with good books and journals. The labs are well equipped with necessary equipments.
- Here, canteen provides good quality food.
Dislikes
- Very low placement opportunities. Mostly students are placed in TCS. And some goes for off campus placement or GATE exam.
- No internship opportunities. Students have to upskill by themselves and apply online for internships.
- No boys hostel inside college campus. Since there is no any boys hostel inside campus so campus life is missed.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very relevant for the job market. The curriculum includes core computer science subjects and some management subjects as the branch is computer science and business system. In first year 4 surprise tests occur in each subject, from second year mid semester exams take place instead of surprise tests.

All students of outside west bengal are required to pay complete fees. But the students of west bengal who comes under TFW category have to pay less fees.
Campus Life
Fests are not held at any specific time every year. Sometimes it may held, sometimes it may not. However, there are several clubs which are good and are managed by students themselves. Like cricket club, music club, etc. Books and journals are available in library and are easily accessible to students on their demand with return date.
Admission
I had applied for IITs and NITs but I was not getting good branches in those colleges as I had bad rank in JEE, so I chose Computer Science and Business System branch in this college. The admission process is very simple, you have to appear for wbjee exam and score good rank to get admission in this college, after that you have to sit for wbjee councelling and then you will be called to college for admission.
Faculty
Faculty-to-student ratio is like 1:8. Faculty to student relationship is good like friends. Some faculties provide their contact number to help students in their studies. In first year there is no mid semester exams but surprise tests. There are 4 surprise tests in each subject and end semester exams. From second year, there is mid semester exams and end semester exams. Almost every student pass the exams except few who even didn't attend any class and also not studied. The course curriculum is very relevant to the market requirement. It includes core computer science subjects and some management subjects.
Night Life
There is no gym in college campus. However there is cafeteria, library and public area. The college has no hostel for boys inside campus so there is no any night life of college for boys. However, two hostels are available in college campus for girls.
