Computer science is a trendy course wjth lot of future opportunities and technology an easy to understand Curriculum is prepared well with lot of considerations I think programming exams should be on computer and not on paper Frequency and difficulty is good now no need to change anything

Actually i havenot yet given any intership but reviews of seniors of my branch is great almot all got internship in 2nd or 3rd year from great companies. They have build great projects with clubs and got ppos while in theor internships

Fron 2nd ans 3rd yeas student started getting offers and 4 year many of my course get placed high percentage for placements many got ppos companies like acrobat google microsoft provide ppo during 3rd year

As a general student the fees structure at nit jalandgar is around 92000 for first semester and 88000 for second semester with 25500 each semester for hostel and mess and 10000 is submitted as security at time pf admission. This will cost me arount 10 lacks for four years. But for ews or sc/st students it will cost around 4-5 lacks and there are sone scholorships but as a male general student chances are like 0 not able to apply and other categories are also getting benefits of this

Campus life is great. Environment is great with good air and great friends there is greenery everywhere. A large ground is there where many games are played. A lot of social, cultural and technical clubs are run by seniors benefiting a lot pf students like me

There are 3 desk and four beds which are not good for single room there are almost 300 students in my hostel There they say that menu will be change every month but nothing changes it goes change a little bit after 1.5 or 2 months althouh food is good but on repeating it gets bored Hostels are affordable there is 10000 for room rent and 15000 mess fees for 6 months

I applies for several iits but getting lower branches and not getting computer science in it so enrolled in this college i got good rank in jee mains i got a little distracted during advance preparation

Faculty is great highly motivated wanting to teach to the students. They are easily approchable you can ask your doubts in class or email them asking for appointments. I like naveen sir a lot he is my python teacher very knowledgeable and motivated wanted to teach and learn things. There is not any teacher is dislike all are good with professional in theri fields. There are 2 exams in a semester mid sem and end sem comprising 80 marks and three quiz best of two will be choosen costing 10 marks and 10 marks for class performances for each subject in a semester Several labs are also there

We are not allowed to go outside thte hostel after 9 pm but for seniors every time is open we have a great gym, one of the best i can say i usually hangout in my hostel table tennis of tv room but if i can go outside i will definitely go to snacker as there are lot of students there in night
