The college in the middle of the beautiful city banglore
All malls are near to the college we can get access to what we need easily
This college good faculty. Most of the teacher well qualified

Dislikes

BMS campus is small. And it nearly 11 acres land
Geeting holidays is less we have holidays on only second and fourth saturday
Conducting three mid exams I didn't like that because they are conducting 3 exams and selecting best of two

Course Curriculum Overview

There are many 1 credit courses like CIP and SFH and ENG. For every mid exam there will minimum gap will 20 days . The timings classes are depend upon the class.In the new building they have install the projectors

Internships Opportunities

Internship available in college some what which I heard from seniors I don't much about it but totally depends on your skills I you have done better in coding the you can get internships more and more.

Placement Experience

The placements in this College until now it is better doing in placements most of the students getting placed the avg package for cse branch is 11-12 lakhs. I think percentage of getting placed nearly 85 percent

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is different for different students . Who came through comedk they have to pay 2.8lakhs per year. Who came through kcet they have to nearly 1 lakh . And no reservations for comedk students all ra general merit except HRK kota students. The students who came through kcet they have reservations. And Most of the scholarships are only for the kcet students

Campus Life

Some what campus life you can't enjoy as you except but we have 2 big events for year. 1) phase shift 2)utsav . There are so many clubs are there to join you can any club which you want . There is a separate indood stadium and medium size ground and etc. the classrooms are really good they are fully equipped

Hostel Facilities

Yes. BMS has have so many hostels they have taken rental near buildings and make them as hostels. But is some what costly the food provided in the BMS was really good. For food I can give 5 stars/ 5 stars. I am staying in PG it is near back gate of BMS college

Admission

I came through comedk here . The main reason to join college was this college can provide good placements and this clg has best allumni network and most of the students have really good and I like Bangalore . Thats why I choose

Faculty

I think more number faculty are there in the campus I think 25 :1 the ratio of student and faculty.there are 3 mid exams and 1 semester end exam .Some papers are easy and some are moderate . Most them clear all exams and they don't keep backlogs

Night Life

The hangout spots in the clg are near mess area and clg consists of 2 cafeterias and this college also contain gym. The library was really nice the computer that are there in lab are really has good specifications

Nit surathkal college life

Placement Experience:

Placement in terms of computer science and technology (cs) is very good with highest package of 50 lakhs per annum and avg package of 28Lpa but in other branch the avg package lies between 12-15 lakhs per annum

Value for money with decent faculty, placements a d campus life.

Placement Experience:

At BMSIT, students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester onwards. A good number of companies visit the campus every year, including Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Cisco, Amazon, and Dell, among others. The highest package in recent years has gone above ?30 LPA, while the average package usually stays around ?6–7 LPA for CSE students. Around 80% of students get placed, mostly in roles like software development, web development, data science, and AI/ML engineering. Personally, after completing my degree, I plan to sit for campus placements and aim for a role in software development. I also want to continue upskilling in advanced areas like full-stack and AI to grow my career further.

LIFE AT NITK

Placement Experience:

Placements at NITK Surathkal are very good overall, and the EEE department consistently sees a high percentage of students getting placed-85% to 90%+ However the placement profiles and salaries vary a lot depending on whether you go core electrical jobs , software/IT jobs we students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester companies start arriving fro pre placement talks and tests ,some students also get PPOs done in the 3rd year summer internshis companies visiting nitk for eee students are: TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC SIEMENS ABB L&T TATA POWER BOSCH. My personal plans after getting degree is either get placed in a good company then later prepare for civils services examination.

Empowered learning at GSSS

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since my kcet rank was low I want a good clg so I choose this college I choose electrical and electronics. also I'm very interested in electrical department I wanted eee branch so I choose this Curriculum actually helps you to learn and solve real world problems since it's a core branch you have to concentrate on our syllabus. We get to learn lot of things also we have 4 labs there you can learn practically . In our clg they additionally we have lab Called skill lab there you can learn lot of things additionally . I feel they should add some programming language as subject in eee additionally even though we learn that in 1st year there should be continuous so . Even our colleges provide boot camps for 10 days every sem where experienced trainer will come and teach you but I feel that's not enough they have include programming languages as our part of curriculum. In internals they provide 1hour time for for 30 marks and sem exams 3hr for 100 marks so it's manageable .
