Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum ks good it teaches both the theoretical and practical way of physiotherapy to students and prepares them for outer world. Even in 3 year a person can easily operate to patients and be called a PT. I choose this course as i didnt cleared neet for mbbs so i have to do something' related to Dr only so why not be a dr . I would suggest to increase mote practice days and machine and manual application rather than theoretical part and the interaction of professor with students should be more healy. The exams happen 2 times a year with a gap of 1-2 days and there are 10 exams As for difficulty they are not too hard if you study you can easily crack them

Internships Opportunities

4

Internship is not paid and students get to do intenship in holy family st stepehns and other reputable hospitals in old and new delhi . Internship period is of 6 months and a hefty of work is being done by the interns bad part is that they are not paid for the work that they do

Placement Experience

4

The college name is quit good so placements aren't a problem . We are employed in hospitals all over Delhi with a good ratio but ofcourss as its a proffessiojal course so you also need to have good skills and knowledge. Majority of students are employed in hospitals and some move abbroad and others open their own clinics . I will do a job for 1 year for experience then will move abbroad for better opportunities as in india its not too well paid There is no thing likeHighest packeg as we also get home visits which ranges from 1-2 thousand per seasion which is good

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees 22000 tution fee 2200 admission fee 100 exam fee 1000 lab fee 500 library 500 game fee 600 other chsrges 17000 Aajmi scholarship 5000 State scholarship Fees increase in small amounts Other students also have to pay the same fee

Campus Life

4

Jamia have a goof campus life there are many fest, like every department has their particular annual day and other than that there are jamia foundation day ehich is celebrated for 3 days and a zepher fest in winters and everthing is very lively in the campus and the canteen are always crowded with people full of energy The central library has a vast arsenal of books its a very big library covering almost every book of subjects even if its a very expensive book and every department has their own library and reading hall too There are sports opportunities like volleyball. Badminton. Powerlifting. Football. Cricket and studnts are slected through trials

Admission

I didn't applied to any other college besides this as jamia holds a reputation its a central college with a rank of 3 nationwide and is also super affordable i pay 88000 for my entite bpt course where in private i have to pay 800000 laks for same and they do jot have a good reputation too. For my college students have to be passout in PCB above 65 percent and have to give a entrance exam for the course which is hard in my time the cut off was raised from 45 to 76 which is high out of 100 and the time duration ks 1.25 hours

Faculty

3

Faculties for my course are good with skills and experience. One of them is suraj kumar who was a PT in international womens hockey team . Azhar uddin who is one of the best Neuro Pt in new delhi. Adila parveen who is also good with physiology subject . Chavia seghal brilliant teacher for anatomy and Dr dalvinder who is a md and teaches anatomy , Hod zubia waqar who holds a reputable name in physiothrapy nation wide The faculties that i liked were suraj and azhar , suraj sir bcz of his way of interacting with students like a freind and always in a good mood and cracks jokes. Faculties for bio chemistry rana mam I didn't likes as she is too strict literally too strict in her class which is not healthy at all There are 2 main exams one ks internal and one final both includes 10 written exams and some practicals Exams are not too hard and nor too easy if you study 3-4 days before you can easily crack them with good marks Many students face back problems especially in the vass of the subject anatomy

Night Life

3

The nighlife is good in the campus the canteens are good hanging spot especially the central and hygenic canteen students do guitar and singing The college timing are 8-10 after 11 gates are usually shut and the college is safe for students even at night

The canteen is still the one area of concern which i liked to see the improvement bad foods odour smell, unhygine unhealthy foods. The pattern of teaching is another concern teachers should change. Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I was into Biology since plus 2 hence this, the teaching faculty is really nice here as they entertain every doubt raised by the students. All the teachers have a lot of experience of teaching and are really easy to go-to for any sort of doubt regarding anything.

Placement Experience:

Placement offered very well. MNC companies approach every year. In the final year, we become eligible but we do are given entrepreneurship opportunities here. You can launch your own clinic with help of faculties guidance. 500 rs approx per hour per patient for a home visit after completing course roughly 20000 per month and the clinic is an addon. It attracts me a lot. On orientation day we were told our seniors are in apollo, blk, max, fortis, escorts and many other Hospitals at the good package. Government hospital as usual never offers placement in any course so it's out of the question.
