Course Curriculum Overview
Relevance to Current Industry Trends: The course covers essential and up-to-date topics such as cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity, aligning with modern industry demands. Comprehensive Structure: It includes a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical assignments, such as projects, coding labs, and case studies. Faculty and Resources: Renowned faculty members and access to high-quality learning materials (e.g., videos, e-books) were key motivators.
Internships Opportunities
We didn't get much internship opportunities but we got vodafone that gave three months internship which is paid and also one of my friend got a DRDO internship through one of the faculty so I recommend you guys to be in contact with the faculty all the time and seek guidance from them
Placement Experience
I got a 4.5LPA through this college in the recession period. They tried hard to get us placed but it mostly depends on your luck and hardwork. Most of the students got placed. From the 6th semester the placements will start and you will have a separate training for the placements. A lot of companies visited to this campus including cognizant, accenture and some other MNC'S.
Fees and Financial Aid
It's my final year and I think now the fee has been increased some amount. I have mentioned my fee and if you get through EAMCET you will get 35k reimbursement and if you are lucky to be a SC or ST caste you can avail full fee reimbursement. Even if you belong to a minority religion also you can avail full fee reimbursement. All the branches have the same fee structure. I think now the fee is around 135k per year and 5500 miscellaneous every year and for every sem there will be exam fee around 1k. Try to apply for merit scholarship (central) and you will get 10k per year and last year 20k total 50k for 4years. And if you get a rank below 10k in EAMCET you will get full fee reimbursement any caste or religion you may be.
Campus Life
Cultural Festival: "Spring Fest," held in January, showcases vibrant performances, competitions, and workshops. Technical Festival: "TechXplore," conducted in September, features hackathons, tech talks, and project showcases. These festivals are excellent platforms for networking, showcasing talent, and experiencing diverse cultures. Study Areas: Quiet zones and group discussion rooms cater to different study needs.
Admission
There is one thing that is much better than lot of colleges i e., an incubation centre where we can sell our ideas and make a startup. We can write eamcer or ecet to get a admission into this college
Faculty
There are enough faculty to guide you. You can consult them and seek guidance in their free time. As I mentioned I didn't like much of the faculty. Some of them have good knowledge about the subject but lot then have no idea what they are teaching. I think it doesn't matter if they are good at teaching. It is totally about us and what we can do. About the exams we can't predict sometimes they feel easy sometimes hard
Night Life
There are a lot of hostels and other colleges near by to this college and mostly you won't see any individual houses other than the hostels and colleges and there are lot of places to visit like chai bunk and tea house also restaurants. Night time it is a safe place to roam around but I don't recommend after 9pm since we can't predict what might happen even if the circumstances are good
