Likes

The college is good during the rainy season
The placement record of past 5 years is very good
The overall college infrastructure and the campus is good

Dislikes

The campus is very small as compared to other colleges
The exam correction is very strict and scoring marks is very difficult
The gap between two internals is less than a month and it is difficult to move with the speed of lecturer

Placement Experience

Placement are really great for mechanical engineering in our college and provides an average package of 9 lakh per year. We get to train for placement from our 7th semester.one of the most reputed companies come here for hiring.almost 60-65% of the students get placed here every year so it's a great achievement.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am a KCET student and from general category so my current college fees is 10795 rupees KCET fees which I fill by challan and 3360 rupees as college fees which includes all lab fees other development fees etc.So basically each year I am approximately fill 111000 rupees. So for complete course I want to pay 444000 rupees that's it.

Campus Life

There are 2annual tech event that is phase shift and nirmaan. There are almost 10000 books available in the library. Each and every classroom is equipped with air conditioners. There are about 50 plus clubs in the college

Admission

I chose this college because of the reputation it has in Karnataka and also the placement record of past 5 years.it very great track record. And also because of the lectures here present and education given here is good. Admission process is a very long process of u are a KCET student. And also it depends on the number of students who come to admission on that day.

Faculty

The faculty here is very good and well experienced. Basically almost all the lectures are phd holders. Comming to course structure they follow syllabus of vtu Exam system is not that great because we don't get that much time to complete the syllabus marking scheme is ok and evaluation is strict.

Night Life

As our college is very small we don't get a amazing experience in night but yeah the lights in the night inside the college and also other things are good. The college is equipped with a gym and a sports complex with basket ball badminton kabaddi are played Hostel timings are strict and hostel closes at 9:30 sharp.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because sirikulam in terms of Reliance and comprehensive or not really good time period is very less so far academy here and we can't have time to study well and are many and I didn't expect this before college joining

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Experience at College

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. The top companies like TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Capgemini IBM tech Mahindra mind tree. The average is 8lpa. The highest 54 LPA. Overall 80% of students get placed in the final year. My plan after degree is to get a good job.

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided
