- College is very nice during rainy season.

Dislikes
- College campus is very small, college ground is also very small .
- 1st year class rooms are little away from main campus so we do not able to interact with seniors.
- No much activities done till now, some events are done but I am not satisfied with it.
Course Curriculum Overview
Basically Curriculum of our college is based on the curriculum of Vishveshwarayya technological University(VTU) because our college is autonomous but affiliated under VTU. That's why our curriculum is good based on modern technology which help us to tackle modern application problems and also this is very helpful to go further studies also. I think frequency of college is right but time to write exam want to be increase.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am a KCET student and from general category so my current college fees is 10795 rupees KCET fees which I fill by challan and 3360 rupees as college fees which includes all lab fees other development fees etc.So basically each year I am approximately fill 111000 rupees.So for complete course I want to pay 444000 rupees that's it.
Campus Life
Campus life of BMSCE is not so good. Campus is very small just 10 acres ,there is no big playground we have to play everything in that small ground, indoor stadium is also only one in which we have to play basketball, badminton,kabaddi everything in that only. Coming to clubs there are lot of clubs to join they are run by our seniors. I have joined two clubs in 1st year later I will see to other clubs. The main event in our college is UTSAVA which held in April and technical event is PHASE SHIFT which held in December.
Admission
Actually I have applied both R V College of Engineering and B M S College of Engineering,but I didn't get seat in RVCE so I have to come BMSCE.RVCE is better than BMSCE because it's campus is good, placements are good compare to BMSCE,but cutoff of RVCE is too high so I didn't get it done so I joined BMSCE.I have taken admission to BMSCE by writing KCET exam.I have taken admission in 2nd round of councelling.The overall admission experience is pretty good...
Faculty
As I told you before in pros and cons, Faculty of this college is very good,they are well experienced,well qualified and they interact with us personally.The most liked faculty by me are Physics leacturer her name is Suma H her best quality is explaining physics by giving practical examples. The faculty I didn't like are my Kannada leacturer I don't know her name,but the reason I didn't like her is she doesn't teach well but she thinks she is the best teacher so I didn't like her. Exams in our college is held like 3 CIE(internals) inn which two best are selected and finally one semester end exam(SEE) will conducted .In finals 50 percentage of SEE and 50 percentage of CIE will considered.
Night Life
I am not living in the college hostel so I don't know lot information about nightlife in college but I give you information about our gym cafeteria canteen etc.In our college there is a gym with well equipped in small space it is free to BMSCE students.There lot of cafeteria and canteen named as Vidyarthi khanaa,sip and snacks cafeteria and other 2 canteens.I know hostle timings by my friends that is morning to night close by 9:30 pm.
