VIT PUNE IN A GLIMPSE

The course i enrolled is CS in Iot and cyber security i belive its the future cause data is needed to be encrypted. The syllabus for 1st year is same for every course but for the coming years its almost up to the industry standards

As its my first year i dont know much about internships but yes companines likes accenture and tcs do come for interns and train them, the internships are both graded and non graded . I am aiming to crack an internship in my 3rd year

Our college does have a decent placement scene the highest package is around 40 lpa and average we can expect around 7lpa. We need atleast 8 pointer to sit in placements. Various mncs and maang companies also visit our college which is a plus point.

Tution fees is 162608 Development fees is 24392 Exam fees is 2200 Eligibility fees is 600 Miscellaneous university fees is 3145 Total fees is 192945 OBC category fees is around 100k And there are various scholarships unfortunately i fall under none.

So my first college fest is in January i have high hopes from it as i have heard a lot about it and also there are a lot of clubs in my college targeting each domain almost 50 clubs and they all are run by the students of vit pune

Vit pune is actually close to my home and also one the best colleges in my city. The campus is huge i got admission through mhcet. The alumini network is also very strong and the peer group is good. One good thing is that my school friends and seniors are also here which makes it easy for me to make connections

We have a lot of faculties and almost all have phd and someare from iits. Class of 70 is divided into 3 batches which makes it easier for the practical teachers. We have exams almost every 6 months and they are both written as well as project based learning

So our college has a specific subject for making our group discussion skills and interview speaking good its called general proficiency and the sir is an iit graduate he helps us a lot and gives us assignments on real live situations

So as i live near by i haven't experience any night life but my college library is big and we have 3 libraries having almost every book we need. And cafes as i mentioned before we have 7 in our campus and they are resonable
