College is having many fests and events.
College has multiple tech clubs. And has a good coding environment
College has a cricket ground which is a good thing as u can play there.

Dislikes

Management of college is worth, No one is serious about anything.
Infrastructure is not tht good , but its manageable
College is strict about attendance. Its a good thing but sometimes it feels horrible.

Course Curriculum Overview

the course curriculum is really good. U dont get bored of giving exams. Exam pattern is also good. Everythibg seems to be good and easy . Syllabus is easy if u are paying attention in classes. Final exams are tough so u have to study for that.

Placement Experience

I don't have much idea about placements. But if you are well skilled you will get placed in campus placements . College has placement classes for each semester which is a good thing. College has multiple tech clubs that will help you in skilling up.

Fees and Financial Aid

In this clg i am paying around 270000Rs yearling to the clg and 84000 Rs for my hostel. I took admission through comedk exam thts why my fee is but higher than those who are coming through kcet exam.Examination fees is not included in this fees. We have to pay examination fees in every semester.

Campus Life

College life is not that good for me because i face language barrier here in campus. The language barrier is because i am from uttar pradesh and i dont know kannada. So its a bit bad thing for me. But except that its good.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are good. If you are coming to this college and want to choose hostel, don't get hesitated in that because hostels have everything u want. There are two mess im hostels one for north indian food and other one for south Indian. Food is good. And rent is also affordable.

Hostel Fee: INR 84000 per year

Admission

This college is good in terms of academics. Teachers are good and they comes to class regularly and are carry a well information about the subject.This college dont take students in bulk which is a good thing in todys world

Faculty

College is having three internal exams out of those three u can give any two and if u have given first two exams and not scored more than 20 marks u can give third internal exam. Top two scores are taken as internal marks. And one final exam . Faculty is good but needs some improvement in terms of seriousness in their work.

Interview Experience

Yeah i have given a Exam called Comedk. U can also give kcet if u are from karnatka. You have to study physics chemistry and maths of 12th level. If you are giving this exam try to cover whole syllabus of 11th and 12th.

Night Life

Night life is really good as college is in banglore so you can go around and explore things night life is really good. So many places are there where u can enjoy . Banglore has india s best night life.

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Experience at College

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. The top companies like TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Capgemini IBM tech Mahindra mind tree. The average is 8lpa. The highest 54 LPA. Overall 80% of students get placed in the final year. My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

My honest review

I mainly choose this college because I felt our college offered more campus placements compared to colleges that I got selected into . I applied to every top colleges for courses such as CS ,IS and AI .But I was mainly aiming to get selected into Nitte Meanakshi Engineering college, SIT institute of engineering , DR Ambedkar Institute of technology, Acharya Institute of Technology , CMR UNIVERSITY . So First I got CMR college in first round , In second round of counsilling I got into Acharya institute of Technology, I though cuttoff would fall for 3rd round so waited for third round and got into Dr ambedkar institute of technology. I mainly aimed in getting selected into SIT college or Nitte Meanakshi college but cuttoff was higher compared to my Kcer rank . So I got rejected from those colleges .I think colleges I got rejected has more Internship and campus palcement compared to our colleges . I also heard SIT college has compulsory involvment of students in hachathon to attend placement classes . Admission process was simple , after i got selected into college I paid government fees through NEFT and brought the receipt and gave it to college where I also paid 12,000 rs towards college . Mainly students get into college but KCET or COMID-K exams . Generally kcet cuttoff was 18,000 for my cathegory and comidk cuttoff was nearly 20,000 . Mainly students prefer KCET as fees we pay is nearly half comapared to comidk exam fee...Read More
