Course Curriculum Overview
as a student of the aiml branch at dr ambedkar institute of technology , the main reason i choose this course was my intrest on artificial inttelligence (ai) and machine learning and the modern industry aligned curriculm that the program offers me , and the syllabus is designed decently i say .
Placement Experience
as of now i dont have much information on ongoing placement . as per the data provided at college website the total number of students got placed during 2023-24 are 555 with a lowest package of 3lpa and highest package was 29.48 lpa , total 45 companies were visited .
Fees and Financial Aid
the fees depends on the mode of admission you choose to join ,if you join through kcet it is around 1,07,000 aprox including lab fees and if u join through comedk the fees lies around 3,20,000 yearly including lab fees (for 2023 batch) it may increase yearly ,and for those who are willing to join through management quto the fees is hefty , it is 350000 yearly (for 2023 batch) apart from one time development fees
Campus Life
my overall experience with campus life is good , coming to the fest part there are 3 major fest that happen in our college one is maitri and another one is kannada kalarava that happens during the odd sem , and another one is sanskruthi that happens during our even sem,
Admission
i didnt applied for more colleges i just got into dr ait , compare to other college that lies in the cutoff of dr ait , our college has some slight edge as it is one of the oldest engineering college that was estb in the year 1980 and have granted autonomous under vtu
Faculty
as a student of artificial intelligence and machine learning (aiml ) branch at dr ambedkar institute of technology i would say that the faculty to student ratio is ok the faculty student relationship is positive and every one are very supportive specially our hod sir he is very supportive regarding academics
Night Life
the thing where college lags is hangout spots around college where students can hangout during break hours , yes there is a gym for hostle students which is decent i say and our college has average cafeteria and well maintained library
