Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course keeping on ongoing mind the competition in CSE branch. And my I am a bit more interested in the electrical branch. The teaching methods by the teachers can be improved somehow making it easier for students

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 322000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid more than 3,50,000 already for this year. The tuition fees depends on the branch or course you opt for. However for every end sem exam you will have to register and pay 1000/- to get admit card There's a scholarship for students who can come first in the 1st semester. They get a scholarship ranging from 50,000-1,00,000

Campus Life

Fests take place during Mid June to September. The technological facilities are quite good and the library is the best and open for all students 24*7 Students can join clubs and all and you will come to know when you join

Admission

I applied for KIIT, SRM, VIT, SIT PUNE MAHE, but I choose this college over others because it's near my hometown and I had preference for this college because I know some seniors Admission process is online mode, you will have to give KIITEEE exam and then if u get qualified congratulations.

Faculty

The faculty most of them are supportive except some of them. The best faculties are from 2nd year so not met them till now. There are periodically quiz taken in Google classroom and mid sem and end sem after 2 months of joining college

Night Life

Hostel fees is a bit more I feel compared to other, gym facilities are quite good and cafeterias are not good, public area intime depends on you hostel There are not a lot of hangout places and if there are they are very expensive for students, locality is safe for girls

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
