Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course structure is overall good as the college is affiliated with CU and follows the semester system, there are two exams in a year which us very good for students. Regular care is taken about the development of the student through the various class test, but that various upon teacher and teacher. There are computer labs with internet for study propose

Placement Experience

2

As I am in my first semester I have not that much idea about placements but our seniors have got placed in companies even multinational companies like amazon

College Events

2.5

Every year in September there held a cultural program which includes dance music drama recitation. Different functions also held in our college time to time like social education drive, business training .festivals- Holi is celebrated in our college, also Rabindra jayanti, yoga day and many others

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure of MKC college is very cheap it is around 4000/- per year depends on course you choose . My first-year fees are rupees 3950/-(1st+2nd semester) for BcomH which includes all charges like admission session fees lab charges library deposit and even extra activities charges.

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't applied for any scholarship till now but in September I will go for swami Vivekananda scholarship which is provided to students getting 75% or above in class 12.

Campus Life

1.5

gender- only females as it is girls college. we had a freshers party for the new students in semester 1. The attitude of the college toward every student is the same doesn't matter who the person is or from which religion does she belong. We have english courses NCC NSS. every year there held a competition during cultural program and winners are rewarded

Alumni/Alumna

I had never interacted with my seniors neither they have ever talked with us. Mostly the seniors are not so friendly so this is one of the cons

Admission

I have got admission through the normal admission process in the month of June 2019 firstly we have to fill the admission form online then merit list will come out and the student listed in the list can make payment and then get admission after Document verification

Faculty

4.5

As the student of the esteemed college i almost felt that the college and teachers are solely dedicated towards giving there best to studnets.regular classes were given and bilateral education system is mainly adopted where both teacher and students discuss on topics

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum is Comprehensive, focused equally on Academics and Practical Exposure.. I chose because of that extra year of research I can choose to do in my final year (4th year) of graduation and I'll have an Hons. Degree at the end of 4th year of my college... Practical insights makes sure we are being trained to tackle practical world and academic knowledge ensures we are eligible to apply for further Education.. I will say more focus on Practical Exposure and a little extra focus on Sports May Take This Curriculum to a different level..

• The specific aspects of the curriculum are the subjects including in this course are related to the industry that will help students to build their career in this competitive world and I choose the course as I wanted to pursue a professional course after graduation. • The curriculum prepares us pretty well for real world applications as there are subjects like management that helps students to understand things very clearly and apply it in the real world. • The frequency and timing of exams is perfect and my perspective on the difficulty level is that the exams are not at all difficult.
