*First I applied for SRM Chennai campus but I came to know that the hostels in srm are not good . *I didn't get any rejections from the colleges I applied. *The admission process in vit is quite normal like others , after applying for Vit by 1000 fee, You need write an entrance exam called VITEEE which will be conducted only once. In the college the fees structure is divided in 5 categories the category is made on the VITEEE entrance exam. The lowest fees is in first category and highest in category 5. all fees is considered in this except hostel or mess fees. Scholarship is also available in the college the person who have scored rank between 1 to 1000 in VITEEE entrance exam. I choose this college because I was unable to crack JEE Advance. VIT was my 2nd option. IITs and top NITs are my target from 10+2 but due to lack of concentration I could not make it.
