Course Curriculum Overview
My interest in physics inspired me to take this course. I don't know how well but I am confident that I can face real world with what ever knowledge and experience I have. I am new to this I am here to learn not to take out mistakes and also I don't know what is required in real world
Internships Opportunities
IIT provide internships worth lakhs for 2 months and I am in my first year and don't know much about the internships process and the role they offer to people it is given before starting of the fourth year
Placement Experience
If IIT is not providing placements which college will. IIT is government funded institution so we have reservations and because of reservation some non eligible students come in and disrupt the overall average package and percentage of people getting placements
Fees and Financial Aid
I would be paying around 149350 for this semester so yearly it becomes 298700, tution fees is 100000 for me as I belong to general category. For SC and ST it is zero in tution fees but hostel and mess fees they have to pay
Campus Life
Rendezvous cultural feat held in October Becon entrepreneurship fest held in February Tryst held in march which is technical fest. Have GC in February and also have inter IIT every year in sports culture.
Hostel Facilities
Bed, chair, table, almirah, fan, window, shelf are provided to us meal quality is not like we assumed it is good in sense but lunch is somewhat not nice menu I don't remember registration process is easy
Admission
This is the best college of India and if I cleared jee with a good score I would definitely choose this college this college gives opportunities not like other colleges which gives distractions so it is it
Faculty
The ratio of faculty to students is fine not to worry at all the faculty members are very easily approachable every faculty is good I just completed my first sem so no favouritism in faculty till now the level of exam is moderate easy to score good grade if doing what is required
Night Life
Gym is really nice free of cost of hostel and favourite spot for night out in campus is mechlawn no in out timings for hostel cafeterias like ccd never close and other usually close around 4 in the morning library 3:45 and other areas are always open
