Course Curriculum Overview

I took Mathematics as my major as it had been my dream to study and explore the world of mathematics and it's different fields .Mathematics is needed everywhere in competitive exams and real life scenarios .

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 6750 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

for general categories it is 6750 for OBC it is same but for ST/SC it is free .for general EWS they can avail free admission. my batchmates mostly belong to general category so they have to pay the same amount as me .As for scholarships we can apply for one of the two scholarships - ISHAN UDAI and NEP both provide good amount.

Campus Life

i enjoy my stay at cotton university as it has a very lovely and studious environment.The seniors here are supportive and helps us whenever we are in a problem.the student union also helds many events like freshers and department freshers and many other drama events supported by the university on a regular basis also we get to participate in many national and state level sports events and sports week throughout the year

Admission

i applied to different collages like arya vidyapeeth collage and mangaldoi collage and got admission offers from both the collages but i choose my collage because it has a good study environment and good faculty also it had been my dream to study in cotton university

Faculty

we have nearly 20 teachers in our maths faculty including our associate, assistant, guest professorors . our course is a 4 year bsc with research programme which enables us to persuade phd after completing bsc directly . there are 8 semester and each semesters are taught by different group of professors who are strong at their own fields

Night Life

the night scenario of our university is lovely. In the hostels there are provisions of many indoor aswell as outdoor games.for the gym lovers , theres also a gym in our university and indoor stadium to play different sports and activities

As per current trending situation I choose statistics as my department. Our department give us a Microsoft excel course as sec course. In teaching I need the notes should be provided in form of pdf to every student. The timing of exam is good I want to say it's excellent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the course because I dont have so much money to study for btech and all and also I didn't prepare for jee or neet so, the next thing come is mind is bsc that is in botany or zoology as I liked bio more than any other subjects. Yaa by reading botany I can know many things about plant and trees. The improvement that they can do is release a book according to the syllabus by the university and also add few more new teachers such that student can be friendly with them and ask their doubt . For me I think exam timing should be done... Like one before durga puja and one around December . And the difficulty level should be easy .

True aspects on a University

I choosed the college after my 12 th as I didn't want to lose this year at home studying online for any entrance. But fir sure I will be giving entrance fir other better college . But this university where I am studying at is also good if students follow with teachers but the department needs improvement in some areas .
