Course Curriculum Overview

5

I wanted go for cse but I couldn't get the seat and I don't regret my choice of taking ise because I think it's better in cse there is a little more intake and more competitive Yes of course the course is very good and the course curriculum prepares us for real world with teachers who doesn't just teach you about coding but the communication design thinking and presentation and it gives placement training overall the course is a 5 star for me

Internships Opportunities

4

You get many internships from college and if you try you get paid internships easily from top companies. There are many companies who want you as an intern it's very very easy to get an internship if you have some skill. Stipend depends on company to company my friend got a 50000 stipend offer and he is still 3rd sem so it's easy.

Placement Experience

5

There are some students who got job when they were at 5 th sem and mostly by the end of 7 th sem majority of the students will get placed. All the top companies like Microsoft Apple IBM Google Nvidia and many other major companies visit campus Highest package last year was around 50 lacs for an ise student and average for ise is around 10 lacs Almost 95 percent of students get placed Me and my friends are working on a startup if it works I guess I will go with it.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is different for merit students If you came from kcet exam Your annual fee is around 125000 In with 20000 is for intra institutional intership and it remains almost same every year and Fee structure Tution fee-95000 Collage intership fee-20000 Exam fee-5000 And tution fee might vary if you come from other exam like comedk it's around 190000 And for management it's more Scholorships Ssp Nsp Alumni scholorship (Laptop, middaly meal etc)

Campus Life

4

Although the campus is small but it's beautiful and very up to date There are 3 major fest every year one is Karnataka Rajyotsava and RITtechfest and UDBHAV and you will get many minor events going on almost every week. There are around 45+ clubs for thetre gaming programming editing photography and every club is active and hosts many events every now and then. There is huge opportunity if you like to go into sports field many events happen. And the kabbadi event during KR fest one of the best event. The students run social clubs helps you to find like minded people and build network with many professionals in the field.

Admission

I applied for 3 colleges RVCE MSRIT and BMSIT as you know all are the top colleges in Bengaluru. My first priority was RVCE and next MSRIT and then BMSIT I couldn't make it to RVCE because of my ranking but it's ok all the 3 colleges are same. There are 2 exams the collage accepts Kcet - for local people of Karnataka Comedk - for people other than Karnataka And u must atleast be in top 3 percentile to get admission. And there are other 2 ways one is management quota and NRI quota

Faculty

4

In first year you have to deal with physics and chemistry departments that's about of a problem. But the ise department is very chill you can just focus on your side quests along with the studies. The exams are easy and I don't think that's a problem you can study a night before and score a decent marks it just depends on you.

Night Life

4

Collage is located at centre of Bangalore so you don't have any problem for parting or just chilling and roaming and you can find best food spots around here. There is a gym in the collage and 2 libraries. I suggest not to go into college hostel rather go into a pg or flat. Hostel timings sucks so better not choose hostel if you want to enjoy the nightlife.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose electronics and communications wholeheartedly. Since my childhood, I was very interested in electronics and very humble in learning new topics in digital electronics. I was never a coding guy, so I took electronics and communications as my course. It was an easy choice for me. So class's average strength is around 65 to 70. And the faculty: student ratio is quite good. The teachers are well qualified and most of them are doctorate holders. The timetable is arranged in a manner such that there is smooth conduction of classes for all-year students. The exams are semester wise and there will be internals every month. Questions are better, you have to know little bit contents taught in classes and also from textbooks. It is easy to pass.
