Likes

Relationship between faculty and student good
We practice basic nursing skills in various ward of nrsmch, very nice clinical skills
Good cultural program , you can show your various skill here

Dislikes

Faculty number should be increase , faculty are always overworked
College timings are very hectic, we have 8am to 1pm ward duty then we have 1 hour lunch and then we have 2 to 4 Classes

Course Curriculum Overview

B. Sc nursing is a very good course to study. Every hospital need nurses to work. So after this course you never sit idle. You will get a job after just finishing the course. There are huge vacancy for nurses in government hospitals. Early years of learning is very tired but after you get job you have to work for only 6 hours.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 349 per year

Internships Opportunities

After completing 7th senester you have to do compulsory 6month intership. Internship postings are in nrsmch, diamond harbour nursing college. Internship stipend is 5500rs every month. Internship timings are 8am to 1pm 6days in a week.

Fees and Financial Aid

Detail fees structure of the college is *Yearly fees 349rs *Every month for cleaning purposes 20rs For hostel students it is 50rs *for yearly picnic between 700 to 1000 *for sports 50 rs *hostel & electricity is free Scholarship: *You can get swami vivekanand merit cum means scholarship *Oasis scholarship *Sna scholarship Or any other government scholarship Fees of the course is neary equal in every year

Campus Life

There is a very good campus life. You can socialise with every batch of this college. Ragging is strictly banned in this college. Infrastructure of this college is very good and upto the mark. Seniors are very helpful

Admission

You have to give jenpas ug entrance examination for getting admission in this course. It is very good college after sskm and mck it ranked number. Due to distance related problems i get admitted in this college.

Faculty

Faculties are very good at their work they teach you every basic skills you need to survive in nursing. B. Sc nursing is a 4year course and divided into 8 semester. Every semester is 6month long. 8th semester is internship where you get stipend. In every 6months you have to give university exam of 75 marks, internal exam of 25 marks for each subject

Night Life

Night life around our college is very chill. It is located in sealdah region. No gym facility is available. Library is good. Hostel rules are very strict for students. Famous hangout places nearvthe college is many malls, restaurant, newmarket, barabazaar, zoo, eco park

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are alot of external classes that happens as the college doesn't have all the professors present in the college so the professors from other institutes comes and also for other classes like anatomy physiology we have to go to medical college for classes. The internal classes aren't very good as we have to study most of the syllabus by ourselves

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because i have interest in these field and also it is a growing field. For those who want to take addmission in this course it will be a great choice .. the environment of brainware is very good the faculty members are very friendly and helpful. There is also a mentoring option in the university for every course there is a mentor teacher allotted of every class that helps very much the students. Talking about tha qualification of the faculties they are highly educated Some of them i know are retired professor of jadavpur university. The exam system in brainware is mostly good from the 1st sem they take power point presentation infront of class to master the public speaking.

Honest Review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always had a nag for it. There are at least 2-3 teachers provided for every individual subject of our course. That makes the student-to-teacher ratio quite great. Teachers who take our classes are all M.Sc passed or more, and their teaching method is quite effective and easily understandable. Term exams were taken after one or two months gap, and difficulty was moderate.
