Entrance Preview

I did not give any examinations for my admission. It was easy counselling and I just went with the flow of what my brain asked me to do .

Internships Opportunities

The college did not provide us with internships. So do I really need to write a 100 characters about nothing but anything.

Placement Experience

2.5

The placements are great for MBA post graduates. But I did not notice any great opportunities for engineers and diplomats. Even BBA cant stand a chance to get employed with a desired account. If we talk about any kind of satisfaction only MBA s get 80% of what they desire Rest can show up if they can go with 20% of their expectations .

Fees and Financial Aid

No there is no scolarship provided to anyone.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is again too low. I dont have the records but I can say that ratio would be 1:4 I guess that would be approx.

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Geu provides best intenrships!

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

GEU has the best Placements!

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.

Placement Experience:

Our college has a very good placement ratio and placement also depends on the economy and industry that year and a lot lf other factor but if you have a CGPA of above 8 you are moat likely to get placed. The highest package ranges from 2-3 crores and average goes around 13lpa. I am currently planning to do an MBA after graduation from a foreign university moat likely Harvard.

Anyone who's 12th pass with any steam can join BCA program. I directly went to University for filling my form and I didn't applied for any reservation.
