I think the faculty for geography hons is very good
The sports are also good in this college
Labs are decent and have all the basic needs

Dislikes

Attendance is compulsory for all the students which is 67 percent

Course Curriculum Overview

The aspects which influenced me to opt for the course was it is the only course which interlinks the physical sciences with the humanities. We have one paper of cartography it is of 5 hours it's not much difficult but I intresting to study

Internships Opportunities

Principal intership program runs in our college for providing internships to college students every year which is very useful for students as it provides hand to hand experience of how the administration work takes place

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual fees for geography honours for all students is 17475 for full year . MY college also provide students aid fund to the students who are in need for that they have to provide all their necessary details and appear for interview round

Campus Life

Overall infrastructure is very good of college classroom have smart board and in many blocks theya are well equipped with full ac class rooms and comfortable seats recently we had a international conference talking about sports every year this college has a sports event

Admission

In my preference list hindu was the top college although I knew that I was not going to that college then KMC was there that I might get till last round but in first round I freezed my preference for saheed bhagat singh college.. because I did a lot of research about the course and college and the outcome was sbsc has a better infra than KMC

Faculty

Overall all the faculty members are friendly and are understanding they have a good relationship with the students. My course is practical course so very less students fail and overall course is intresting to study

Night Life

There are many gyms and cafeteria around the college wa have an area known as authority that is the hangout place for all the students of college at night all the students gather there ... Nearby we also have sports ground and park which is a peaceful area

Truth About Hidden IPCW (DU)

Placement Experience:

Since i am 2nd year myself, hearing from seniors, seeing placement cell activities and reading reports, placement at ipcw are decent but far from perfect. The placement drive is not as huge or reliable as some commerce Acc. to the nirf report, for ug courses out of 1204 eligible students 118 got placed, which is roughly 9-10, for pg course, out of 100 eligible students only 6 got placed. Median package for UG was 6.20 lakhs per annum, and for pg is 6.7 lakhs per annum. In earlier years (2022-23) , median UG package was higher. The highest package went to 23 lakhs per annum which was quite impressive. It was from DE Show and co., Wipro, Capgeminie etc. there are regular recruiters like DE. Shaw abd co.,Wipro, Capegemini, Godrej properties, Sirion Labs etc. What i feel personaly as an eco hons. student unless i build extra i cant really expect placement. Masters and competetive exams are next option
