Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

The Heaven

The admission process was simple. There is no cut-off at ZGC. The candidate should be a 12th pass. The application form, application fees and application date can be found on their website. I got admitted to the merit quota. So all together the expense was just Rs10000. I didn't get any reservation benefits. I was in the OBC category. I think there should be some improvement in the admission process. I think all the admission procedures should be made possible from one office itself. They have 2 offices, one in Thali. So it's very difficult and tedious to go from one office to another...Read More
