The admission process starts with CAT Exam on the last Sunday of November Every year. The eligibility to give the CAT exam is that one must have more than 50% in 10th, 12th and Graduation. After the CAT results are declared, one must go through a Group Discussion, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview. After these processes are done, a composite score will be generated based on 10th, and 12th, graduation marks, Work Experience, GD, PI and WAT performance. There is a common admission process for 9 IIMs known as Common Admission Process (CAP). The 9 IIMs are IIM Trichy, IIM Udaipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Raipur, IIM Kashipur, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu. The candidate has to appear for only one interview to get admission into these colleges.
