- As a fresher i felt like it was a good experience at the starting , many sessions held like bonding session with the seniors .
- Variety of freshers held unofficial and official as well also , psychology department is very calm and understanding
- Faculty. Is good we can talk to them comfortably.
Dislikes
- Delayed in id cards and self involvement was huge problem
- They dont tell or inform on time for things which are going to happen.
- For my department , professors teach some random topic and addingly to this they dont inform before the time . Mostly they inform on the place that this is going to happen or dont inform about holiday or cancellation of class
Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed this course because i had interst in psychology , but not sure that will this course worth . Then i met teachers of this department in my hometown , inspired me a lot so i took this . After got admitted in du it was a good experience to me .
Fees and Financial Aid
This is my first semester on my honours course and it charged 17,500 for one year . Additional were around 500 to 600. Im happy with this course and education is also affordable . But daily expenses are more , about ?200 are minimum charge per day , which is about ?3000 to 4000 per month.
Campus Life
Social groups like Ncc, Nss , happiness club , dance club , western dance society , cultural society , and many more . These groups put equal involement in any function of campus . They also had interviews and auditions for the new students to get in there .
Admission
I applied for another college byt this womens college was my fourth preference. Also , in first cut off i got vivekanand but that college was a far away from my area so i application for 2nd cutoff and i got admitted on my 4th preference college and it is a worth.
Faculty
Faculty of my department is good and understanding but other department teachers are more likely to ignore us or if we ask something they dont rely on us . And administration sometimes get rude on going there frequently.
Night Life
I didnt went out at that time but , there are more cafeteria on around my college . Library and canteen of college is woth. But its nearby we dont get to find more places like that . It is a more secured area with clean environment.
