I have chose the civil engineering department because this is the only department open all the opportunities for example 1) I can be government civil engineer because civil engineer vacancies are more than any other field of engineering 2 ) I can go with private job under any contractor or builder 3 ) I can do my own business of consultancy and contractor

There are lot of opportunities of industrial intership and also reasearch base internship for students we need to chose as per our own interest There are many multi national companies like tata , L&T, black rock and many national companies also They offer you a roll according to your skills and abilities so it's totally depends upon us how we perform and give a output to them

There is a portal for college student called TPO there is good placement in college for every branch but if you can't get campus placement you were allowed on tpo platform for 9 months after your complishon of your degree so there is no need to worry about placement

The year wise fees is 5854 rupees for 4 years of my course , I am a sc candidate students so my fees is low basically I took benefits of freeship my 5854 is divided as Exam fees :- 2500 rs Msc. Unv. Fees :- 2354 rs Project fees :- 750 rs Passing certificate fees :- 250 rs My other friends of schedule cast also took benefits of scholarship name SWAADHAR in this scheme they got 45000-60000 rs per year from government Some of my obc category friend is there they pay the 97000 rs per year And for open category the fees is 160000 rs But these all fees is increasing year by year In my first year I have paid 4878 rs but in final year I have paid 5854 but I hav asked some of my juniors of schedule cast and they are paying 15000 rs per year right now and for open category the fees is 1970000 rs There are lot of scheme and scholarship for students like sebc , ews and for girls savitribai phile yojna so one of my female friend of schedule cast is there she pay 5854 rs but she also get a scholarship of 45000 rs from government And on fees the college is very strict they are not going to entertain any reason regarding fees of the fees not paid then they will not display your semester results Your maha dbt form is revert back due to some reason then the scholarship department of college is simple message and mail the students but they do not give a follow back or anything due to this some students is facing problem and they have to pay full fees otherwise they face a problem later on like original documents or the degree we earned is not given by college after submitting the maha dbt form you need to follow up at your on risk and if there is problem like not sanctioned , under scrutiny or revert back we need to contact with student section or scholar's department of college and this section is not available in college time also they wont answer the call you need to meet them offline in office only they are not responding for mails and message and calls also

Overall college life is good there are lot of clubs like avishkar - which deals with natak dance and acts theater, wec - women empowerment cell , cec - competative examination cell , rotract club and special department wise clubs is also there like cesa - civil engineering students association so social life is good College library include all type of books but there is not facilities of seating in library there is no special reading room but around 19000 + books is there

Admission process is very simple after a cap round you need to visit the college with all original documents which is mentioned before the cap round like 10th 12 th marksheet, nationality, age and domancile , cast validity, cast certificate , aadhar card , 2-3 passport size photo and with dd of college fees O have chose these college because placement is good and faculty is helpful of these college

Honestly I don't about other steam faculty but civil engineering department faculty is very cooperative in all aspects They don't helps the students in study only but they encourages students in sports, dance , other cultural events non tech technical events also My favourite faculty is shardul joshi sir he was my mentor of my final year project and he supported me in all possible way so I am thankful of sir There is no faculty that I have don't like because all facilities are good atleast in civil engineering department

College campus is close before 6 pm so night life is not there in college and there is no college hostel There are many places like dive ghat , bhopdev ghat to hangout at night but from last 6-7 months bopdev ghat is not safe And outside college area is open till 11 pm but back side of college is not safe after 7-8 pm for boys also
