Course Curriculum Overview
The course is relevant but can be improved as they sre still following the old books and old methods of teaching. The semester exams happen at the last of every semester. Also there are mid term exams and class test tgat help the students to score good.
Fees and Financial Aid
I was paying around 25000 per year. Examination fees of around 3000 was paid before exams. No other addditional fees like lab fees, development fees was there. Other batch matches also had the similar fees structure. Yes, financial scholarship was given like to people facing financial difficulties
Campus Life
There is a annual function that happens called meraki where a lot of cultural activities happen. A lot of singers and actors visit the campus during meraki. Other than this there are a lot of engagement festivals like bhangra fest etc
Admission
I choose all the good colleges in Chandigarh like SD college, Govt college sec 11 etc. I got admission in Govt clg 11 first but as MCM was more convenient as it is situated on the main road and it is easy to communte.
Faculty
The faculty is knowledgeable and experienced. MCM is known for the deciplne and the culture. The relationship of the faculties and the students is good. The faculties help the students in all ways. In every semester there are around 5 exams.
Night Life
Library is full of books. It had books for our course and also novels and govt exams preparation material. Cafeteria is not good at all. They food can be better. The locality is good but as being a girls college there is a problem of boys roaming on the roads in front of the college.
