Remarks

Well I actually applied in two colleges only and first got it here and didn't bother about the other one.There is no college life and the college properly prepares you for corporate jobs...yes! The sad miserable hectic way.The Post Graduate students have 95% class and only 1 program to enjoy and that is ethnic day.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course after enquiring with my seniors and did a lot of searching online and this college was among the top 10. There is not much preparation for real-world applications, they take so many lectures but two or three are only actually useful.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Really Strict.Not the college life I expected.Academic classes are hectic. They have classes daily for 7 hours even on two saturdays per month .They conduct different lectures during week days unnecessarily and because of this is the only thing there.

Campus Life

The One and only fests where students can be themselves is the ethnic day.Other all days Students have to maintain KJC Decoram.Sports programs are individually for individual department. It is Okay for Undergraduate Students but it is complete opposite for the Post Graduate Students.

Faculty

The faculty student ratio is not as good except for some teachers. The exams are really difficult, they conduct there is pre course exam,mid course exam, mid term exam, terminal exams and everything is as difficult as semester exams

Night Life

Cafeterias are good but Gym is not up to "KJC DECORAM".We can be in campus till 8:00 pm. Classes will be from 9:00 to 4:30. We all will be tired after 7 hours of class and there is not much to stay back for PG students after class.There are some spots to hang around.

Our particular course dint had any placement drives. But now, from this year they do have for M.Sc. DAN students too. I think its a good move. Other culinary department students had 100% placements as claimed by the University. After getting degree i am interested in pursuing my Ph.D.

I didn't actually choose this college. My plan was to go to a government college. But I just applied here and wished to get selected and I did. The admission process is fully online, from interview to paying fees. The eligibility is getting a percentage above 60 and no exams are required.
