Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is well structured and covers essential aspects of technology and engineering, making it really well for both industry and academic pursuits Here are some specific aspects.1 comprehensive coverage of core areas The circular provides a strong foundation in programming, mathematics and core engineeri Hello. My room to ng principles in the 1st two years.2 real world application. The course include a few industry oriented subjects, such as software engineering, data structure, ai that are highly applicable in real world scenario.3 further academic pursuits for student aiming to pursue advanced studies in research. The circulum covers the theoretical basis necessary for exams like Kate and Gre
Internships Opportunities
Basically internship opportunity is provided from 3rd year. We get very few companies like Bosch and fidelity And when we reach to 7th sem, then more companies start coming and after it, we get very good opportunities. Still, I say, internship opportunity is less as compared to the job opportunity. College gives a good infrastructure in everything, but still, they are very few companies that provide internship
Placement Experience
At Bangalore Institute of Technology BIT students are eligible for the campus placement from the 7th semester. The recreators include Infosys, Tcs, Wipro, Amazon phone pay, making multiple offers yearly in the highest package reached around 40 lpa, mainly in rows like software development while the average package is six to 7 lpa roughly 80% of students secure placement, especially in tech roles pass post degree. I plan to join a tech company to gain experience and possibly pursue a masters to specialise further
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee Structure 1.Tution fee:Rs 242156 2.Admission Fees:Rs29690 Total yearly fee :Rs271846 Total Course Fee:Rs 1087384 No additional charges Every sem they take Rs1780 for examination/university fee Karnataka student get scholarship but non karnataka student do not get ant fee aid
Campus Life
Campus live at Bangalore Institute of Technology is vibrant blending academics and social engagement. Key festivals include Manthan, Cultural Fest in March or an impulse technical waste in October, offering student a platform for creativity and tech skills The library provides a range of books, journals and digital resources Classroom have projectors and Wi-fi, so tech upgrades would help sports like basketballs and student clubs Poster community and skilled building beyond academics
Admission
I applied for several engineering colleges, including rv College of engineering and press university Though I received offers, I chose Bangalore Institute of technology, bit for its strong placements, will structure curriculum and approachable faculty. Bits stood out with its balance between academic rigour and campus life. I couldn't score admission to rv due to slightly cut off miss in the entrance exam of commit key. Bits admission process is based on score of comedy and Kset with competitive cut offs, creating an efficient merit based selection
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is relatively balanced, making faculty members more accessible to students. Professors are generally approachable, and most are often to clarify doubts outside the class hours The willingness to assist student with both coursework and career guidance creates a supportive academic environment There are various faculty who have very in depth knowledge of the course and subject they don't teach us the course thing, but they guide us extra things also Like when we have dsa, then our teacher taught us up to competitive coding level
