Likes
- First and foremost the security at the campus as college gate has guards 24*7.
- We have a canteen which doesn't just serve the typical south Indian dishes but our menu has a whole lot of North Indian cusines as well.
- The greenery and roads inside the campus are so clean that one can find a shade at very inch of the college.
Dislikes
- Little politics by T&P cell as most students are left to find internships on their own.
Course Curriculum Overview
Nt just me but ask any engineering aspirant which engineering stream, he/she wants to go, the answer would be CSE. Yes, AI is the new hotcake but soon it will be included in CSE branch too. The only change i want is to be made AI a compulsory subject as everything in time to come will be AI integrated. Exams have a fixed schedule that is after 2 months a mod-semester exams whic accounts for 25% score and then the practicals which accounts for 25% and final exams for 50%.
Placement Experience
Students can be ready by the time we enter the final year. So, T&P cell also allow us after that only. Again having the count of the companies is tricky but one thing for sure and that is that only quality companies were invited to participate. From Infosys to Amazon everyone has hired students from here as Hyderabad is their next big market.
Fees and Financial Aid
for affodability the college deserves a 10 on 10 as fees is quie nominal here. Kust 1.36 lakhs a year is what i have paid. For SC/ST students is 30-50% scholarship as well. For a top engineering college like MVSEC, the fees is nothing as othe provate universities and colleges charges 3 to 4x of what our college charges.
Campus Life
Sargam, Althia and other fests are celebrated at the campus. The former is the cultural fest and the latter is the sports fest. Both the fests has seen hundreds of students participate as students are pushed to get some time off and have a ball. The clubs and societies are accessible only after collge hours so that's an issue.
Admission
I didnt applid elsewhere as the fees which i could afford was possible only here. Even the BITS or the IITs charges 2-3x of what our college charges. The admission process are based on state entrace cut-off scores and a rank up to 2-5k are the ones who becomes eligible to take admissions here.
Faculty
Faculties totally are uncountable as there are main professors then the assistant professors and then the contracted professors. So, i havent of for that matter nobody can keep the count of the faculty members. However, its the impact that they have created which has turned students fortunes upside down.
