The teaches, they are very good at their job and caring.

Course Curriculum Overview

As far as I know Cusat is a reputable government college with many aspiring graduates coming out each year, the curriculum is very good they follow a Washington DC based one which is updated, its a bit harder than KTU.

Class Size: 74Course Fees: INR 54000 per year

Internships Opportunities

TCS, Wipro and Infosys provide interships. Internships ar compulsory in pir curriculum which is to be done for experience and improved employability. Most students get internships through Campus recruitment drives.

Placement Experience

Cs, Electronics, IT and Fire and Safety engineering gets the best placement ranging from 5LPA to 12LPA average, core engineering companies and startups visit the campus for recruitment where 90% of the students get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

I will be paying 54000 per year, there anre many scholarships available including from Kerala government and other organisations for OBC, GEN-EWS, SC and ST, they cover everything including private hostels and mess fees.

Campus Life

There are many clibs including TedX, IEEE, IEDC etc to name a few, events are conducted almost every orher day which is ver entertaining and interesting, which also makes a great opportunity for meeting new peers and creating a network.

Admission

As I didn't get Jee and I didn't write Keam, Cusat was my best option and I wanted to come here at any cost, thankfully I'm here, their website, admission process and administration works flawlessly, it is very easy to get information about anything.

Faculty

Faculties of different qualifications are available at Cusat, with a mix of academic and industrial, our course structure follows a semester system, The exam system include continuous assessment, assignments, internal exam and semester exams.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

I have not applied for any other colleges in kerala as i consider Cochin univeristy a bit efficient than KTU also the location is a prime factor, as companies rely on location, airport is close to my campus, the railway station as well, transportaion is easy here .
