- Small campus made it a lot easier to intermingle with students from other courses hence there was diversity in friendship and learning opportunities
- Ground was well maintained so sports activities were also promoted and organised with zeal and enthusiasm
- Different societies availed skills apart from academic life for overall personality development
Dislikes
- Staffs are not so benevolent and often office work is a tedious task
- Capacity of classroom isn't at par with no of students enrolled in the batch
- Never organised any fest so it really took away opportunity to learn from fest management and organisational skill
Course Curriculum Overview
Economics hons curriculum is with the market trend and requirements. If you study econometrics whole heartedly than in the World of data science it gonna help you in bolstering your future well. It is very much relevant and important.
Fees and Financial Aid
For the hons. courses fee was 15,615 and it was same for all candidates from various backgrounds. But scholarship in the name of behen satyawati as well as from the authority side was also availed to those students who were in need of it. And for programme courses it was 12,395 INR
Campus Life
Annual day was one event whére various students from different departments worked together. Apart from it freshers of various departments as well as annual programme of different societies were also held. Like jashne abhivyakti was the annual programme of debating society where national level debate is organised and participants from all over India comes and participate in it.
Admission
.I applied for various colleges from Delhi University but due to my shift from science to arts stream, as a penalty 2.5 percent was deducted and I landed up in satyawati College. Though for economic hons. the cutoff of gen was 96 percent in 4th round but I thankfully got my admission secured. Admission process is very easy, you just need to register on the central portal of delhi University and from there select the college and course keeping your cuet score and preferences in mind. If you fulfill minimum criterion to join then you will get admission email and after submitting the fee your admission will be secured. Ofcourse all the relevant documents will be checked
Faculty
Faculty members are very chill and don't give much worry about the attendance, it's best thing because in the mean time one can pursue ones hobby and all. Exams are organised centrally so it's on time. Also internals are very justified and generally if you study then you will be graded good
