Course Curriculum Overview

I have choose electronics and communication engineering in btech it helps me to go to software side or hardware side so that i can have 2 options for my placements so that this course helps me a lot at the placements time

Internships Opportunities

In our collage internship opportunities are very high our faculties sends internship opportunities to apply for that so that we can get any interview call for selection of the internship and we can do many projects

Placement Experience

Placements are good in my collage if there were not hundred percent placements in our campus we should get off from the campus and we should get some out side interviews and it is too hard to get placements outside

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is too high in my collage and also the government of India provides scholarship for the needed people and the course fee was too high so it should be reduced. And scholarship should be provided to every one

Campus Life

My overall experiences in my collage life was too good and I enjoy every moment in the good and we have many social clubs and it was very active in the campus like conducting events at any special days

Hostel Facilities

Hostel faculties in my canpus was too good and hostels were too good and clean in our hostel . Hostels are located in campus it self so it is very easy to get to hostels everyday and mess food was very good

Hostel Fee: INR 28000 per year

Admission

I choose Indian institution of information technology kottayam because i like the surrounding and nature of the collage and i heard that the facultys in the campus were too good and admission process in my collage we should write jee mains

Faculty

Faculties are good in the collage and they provided good hostels in the campus itself the exams are difficult in our collage we can approach the faculty regarding and doubts in subject related topics and they explain very well

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for sitting for a college placement during 4th year that is 7th semester onwards .Many companies will visit our colleges and so many students get placed through campus placement. The companies will provide a package of about 400000 per annum .Almost 80 percentage students will get placed after completing the course. My plan is to appear for placement interviews and also i have a plan to do MBA

A look inside Sct - Campus life, Academics and more

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placement from the 6th semester onwards. But most of the placement companies that visit are tech/software companies. There are very few core companies that are visiting currently. Out of the few core companies that do visit the highest package is probably offered by Tata Elxsi with a package of 7-8 lakhs per annum. But the placement stats for Cs/ Aiml is very good with lots of placement as well as high ctc. But out those placed most are placed with package ranges from 3-4 lakhs per annum. My current plan is for higher studies after graduation. I want to specialise in the field of vlsi design. But if possible I would want to work in s core company for around 2-3 years to build up experience.

The college has a very attractive campus and it is very new so the facilities are also relatively new. no placements but good to explore your interests

The only reason I choosed this college is because of it placements but now they are worst for my batch almost 70 percent people are unplaced. and i choosed this college because i wanted cse and either i could get lower branches in top colleges or top branchs in low colleges. so i preffered choosing cse. i applied for NIT Suratkal, NIT Warangal mechanical BUt i felt CSE Would be much better so i end up landing here. the other reason why i preferad my college is because of its beautiful campus. yes i got rejected from nit surathkal cse because my jee rank was low...Read More
