Remarks

It is not a bad college at all but you must know exactly which course you are interested in and put maximum effort. The faculty members are approachable or at least most of them are and will help you if you ask them.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is very outdated and the computer languages taught are c,c++ in first year instead of teaching more current programming languages like python. The exam structure consists of a mid semester and an end semester test.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements and job opportunities part is not very good. The college does not provide internship directly to the students and you must find an internship yourself. The placements is not great and very few are selected.

College Events

4.5

There are various events celebrated in the college. Each department of the college hosts it's fest. Apart from this there are also two intercollegiate fests that happen. Participating in these do not get you credits though.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible for middle class families. There are chances that you can get a reduction in the fee if you have any financial crisis where you are the child of an only child but for this you must have proper attendance and no backs.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are some scholarships being offered through the government and there are a few schools that you can get through the college of you have a severe financial crisis. But to apply for this college scholarship you must have above 75% attendance and passed in all subjects.

Campus Life

4

There are a lot of extracurricular clubs which you can join but not all of them provide you with credits. Labs are quite good and have decent equipment. You can represent the college through sports provided you have qualifed the selections.

Alumni/Alumna

For me I felt there wasn't an alumni network in action but the college claims that there was an alumni network that helps the students and helps them with questions regarding their career. But I haven't seen or heard this in real life.

Admission

Entrance test of 30 questions based in computer skills and general knowledge and civics. After you qualify this an interview is conducted where you are asked why do you wanna pursue this course. And why did you choose this college.

Faculty

3

Some of the faculty do not have a lot of knowledge in teaching the subject even though they might have the knowledge and the experience. But most of the teachers are good yet very strict in teaching. But you must put more effort than them.

Jobs in campus placements are constrained, with only the final semester being eleigible. Few firms visit, with moderate packages. Companies like cognizant, deloitte, infosys, tcs and others do visit our college for hiring. i will be pursuing my higher educarion rather than getting a job with moderate salary

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards. The college invites companies from IT services, startups, and core technology domains. Some of the companies that usually visit include mid-level software firms and service-based companies, offering roles such as software developer, data analyst, and testing engineer. The highest package offered recently was around 10 LPA and the average package is about 6LPA. Nearly 60–70% of students get placed every year. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a job in the IT or AI field and later pursue higher studies.

Students will be eligible for internships from the fourth sem of their course. There are many big companies who have visited the campus and made really good offers but if you want a good package the level of difficulty to get into this will also be high. The average package for BCA is 3,00,000 per annum. As per University information their placement rate is 91 percent. After getting the degree I'll be looking for a good company to work for and gain my knowledge.
