Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the course of Artificial Intelligence as it is more of scope now and our college is teaching the course in a way such that I am able to develop and move towards my goal The area of main course should be focused more than other other not so relative subjects

Our college placements start during the 7th semester and go on Many top companies like Accenture, Cognizant visit our colleges This time around 5 companies have visited as of now Around 90-92% students get placed everytime The highest package offered was 42 lpa for cse And the lowest was 3.5 lpa for mechanical

CET students - ?1,09,271/- Management students - ?2,66,47741/- Comed K students - ?2,66,471/- The yearly fees has been reducing over year as last year I had paid an amount of ?1,12,671/- and there has been a reduction this year

Campus Life

Our college comducts the main feat name JSSVerve during the even semester mainly around June/July Our library has a very wide range of books including academics and novels and they are very much accessible by all Our college provides for sports like basketball,cricket, badminton, and indoor activities like chess,carrom etc., There are clubs like e club etc.,

Admission

I applied to many colleges under CET quota to many colleges as per my CET ranking I got selected in round one at JSS college and went with it I was rejected by some top colleges like BMS, Dayanad sagar etc.,as they said my ranking was not enough as per their cutoff

Faculty

The faculties are really student-friendly and help students in every aspect and support them to grow and develop There are 2 internals and one main external with an optional preparatory conducted Only certain subjects are tough to clear but are manageable

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

I applied for Jee mains but i did'nt got good rank then i applied for COMEDK and i got cse in this college for 18k rank, I choose this college as compared to other private colleges here only limited number of students are there in cse so the competition is not very high Admission processes for our college is simple you have to go through COMEDK counselling there will be three rounds in every round you will have 4 options of freeze seat, accept and upgrade, reject and upgrade, reject.
