The professors are amazing doctors and so knowledgeable
Our hostel is a new building with centralised ac making it a premium hostel which major medical colleges still lacks
Central Delhi location making it so easy to reach and to go anywhere

Dislikes

The administrative department can do a lot better to provide information to the students
The co curricular activities societies are still evolving as our college is just new so more emphasis should be laid on their establishment
Proper funds to be provided for the activities that are held in the college

The course is indeed vast and never ending but what else you expect when you are choosing for a profession in which you have to save lives . It's all about learning and doing it the smart way in today's world.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 42000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly tution fees of 42000/- Security deposit of 6000/- at the time of admission Hostel charges are 15000/- per annum (excluding mess charges) For mess/canteen you have to pay everytime you eat and the average cost per meal varies from rs. 50-150 according to the food items you prefer.

Campus Life

Right now we have appropriate lecture theatre labs hostel and campus . And there is a new campus that is going to build for the ug students. We have reading rooms and library facilities as well. All the labs are well equipped. Classrooms have projectors and digital screening facilities.

Hostel Facilities

Ug students are given rooms on twin sharing basis . Hostel is provided on the basis of distance of the student's home from the college, for those who are residents of Delhi ncr . All india students coming from different states are provided with the hostel

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Admission

There is a counseling process that students underwent after clearing the neet exam . All the process is online through neet website. According to the rank and the quota one applies , students get their respective colleges. ABVIMS is one of the best government medical colleges of Delhi , it's ranking is so much better even when it is new for UG MBBS course

The student to faculty ratio is great . There is a mentor-mentee program running so that every student can have a personalised mentor in case he feels trouble sharing his problems to anyone. I think physiology, surgery and medicine departments are the best in terms of teaching and supporting the students and to bring out the best in them There are annual proffs exam which are the university based exams of moderate difficulty level .

My Honest review of VMMC Delhi

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS curriculum is mostly standard, but its relevance is super high because of the massive patient load at SJH. That clinical exposure is the key thing that prepares you for both real life and NEET PG later—that’s why I chose VMMC. Improvements? We need less lecturing and more interactive case discussions and maybe more emphasis on research. Exams are non-stop, seriously! We have internals/semester exams every 3-4 months. They are tough (50% passing), but they force you to study well for the final big Proffs. It’s tiring, but it works.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very well structured and includes detailed study of all the aspects of medicine which is very relevant in today's world. Since mbbs curriculum is more about practical and less about theory we get a really good patient exposure which makes us ready to deal with patient problems in real life. The course curriculum can be made a little less hectic as in fourth year there are 11 subjects to cover so they can be distributed equally in all the other years and teaching methods can be made more interactive instead of professors just reading the slides monotonously

Experience of our college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum are good but need some improvement.there is 3 subject in 1st year and 3 subject in 2nd year and only 2 subject in 3rd year and 11 subject in last 4th year so last year very tough.we need some more subject in 3rd year even 1st and 2nd year so we got some less headache in final year.

A good quality and thorough training

Course Curriculum Overview:

A nice yet small college in delhi

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is decided by the NMC therefore it is same for all of the doctors. Our college has a good clinical exposure and thus we learn a lot. The course prepares you well, but you always have to learn by yourself. In the area of clinical expertise the treatment of common disease must be taught separately. We have exams Nearly every 3 months, which can be tough to manage, considering that you have to score an average of more than 50% in them . Difficulty level is intermediate

My beautiful College

I choose this college over other colleges because it comes under under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University which provides an extra edge and a seafer option for students to get into the postgraduate exam seat where as the other University which is Delhi University in Delhi there is much more competition as compared to interface University competition for the same seat and overall I didn't talk for other colleges because this was one of the best for this I wanted the other college of around 20 marks which I didn't get I had 685 marks in NEET-UG2024...Read More
