- i liked the faculty of the electrical department. the professors are very helpful and highly educated and provides the best concept to easily grasp the concepts
- the college has so many clubs which are really helpful for the student to engage in and enhance there communication leadership skills and learn a lot about how the things works in a particular domain
- the college has exciting fest which is really like stress buster for student to enjoy in that event and the best part is that the student conduct and manage the event fully
Dislikes
- the cmapus size is only 10 acres which is very small campus
- the eateries are not as much as in the other NITs campuses
- the boys to girls ratio is very less about 4.75
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum is good as they makes the student industyr ready and ensures that every student gets the handsome pay in their career and the course subject is very helpful to understsnad the core engineering of how the thing works and it is vary fascinating and enthusiastic.
Internships Opportunities
the companies which are here for placements also provide the intership opportunities for the student to gain the experience in working in the company.the stipend depends on company to company the as low as upto 10000rs to 2 lakh rs
Placement Experience
our college placements are good around 80 percentage of students placed in 2023 palcement drive.the off campus opportunities are there through the referral of out aluminies working in that companies and student can write the government exams like GATE ,CAT, GRE exams and get there masters degree from IITs,IIM (MBA),ASTERS IN FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES LIKE MIT ,STANFORD
Fees and Financial Aid
In first semester i have paid roughly around 71000rs and in second semester i have paid roughly around 72000rs.for the sc/st student the tution fees is zero.and the person below 1 lakh incoe are also gets full tution fees redemption.and for the 1 to 5 lakh income person the fees is 2/3rd of tution fees.college takes a one time fees 4000rs of and annual fees of 7000rs. Talking about the scholarship the student is full supported to apply for NSP scholarship by central government and college provides the jee mains rank holder scholarship....
Campus Life
The campus life is like so far so good. i have made a lot of friends which are always there for me in my tough situations.the greeenery in the campus is really good and the weather of the raipur is really pleasant.there are alot of hilly areas for trekking and in monsoon season the view is breathtaking.The clubs and commitees are really helpful to make you enhance your speaking and leadership skills.
Admission
i opt for this college because i want the NIT tag and the circuital branch on my jee mains score so i opt for elctrical branch in NIT raipur. our college is among the top 10 NITs in terms of placements like in NIT kurukshetra NIT silchar NIT jamshedpur NIT bhopal etc...and i wanted the MNNIT allahabad but i only get the civil branch in that college.
Faculty
faculty to student ratio is good.the faculty of the analog electronics is very good and he teach us very well.the faculty of electrical measurement and machines is not that good as the professor not makes us feel understable about the concept.there are 2 exams in each semesters one is mid sem and other is end sem
