Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

We have a seperate subject known as effective communication, which actually very useful for all the students not only for placement purpose but it also helps in day to day life. There is no particular area of improvement untill our education system changes. The college is up to date already.

Placement Experience

3

Students become eligible for campus placement after 6th semester. Companies like TCS, Jio, Accenture are the main recruitera here. The highest package this year was 20 LPA and avg package is around 5 LPA. My plan after getting the degree is to do job for few years and then plan for masters. Around 60% of rhe students get placed here, the college supports you for masters.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The year wise fees I paid was 87,194 rupees(actual amount is 1,53,000 my fees for reduced due to EWS) My category is EWS, and this is how my fees is divided: 66,305 is the tution fee 19,894 is development fee 230 is enrolment fee 767 is other university fee Scholarships like EWS and TFWS are available here in this college.

Campus Life

4

There are different types of events going on in college back to back which makes it difficult to handle with your academics, you can't attend Ll. There are many books available in library. We have many types of sports here ran by different sports captain. There are clubs like GDG, CSI, IEEE, etc. here

Admission

I did apply to PCCOE and VIT, Pune but didn't clear the cutoff here. Then the only option were VIT, Mumbai or other colleges which were comparatively bad .The admission process is conducted while cap, they help you in each step. Students usually come here by CET exam.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty to student ratio is 1:60, which is kinda okay and normal everywhere. You can easily solve your doubts at the end of the day. Thr faculty to student relationship is pretty good, teachers are quite chill and easily approachable too. I liked Manish Mishra sir (Mechanics subject) due to his teaching style, also he so frank with all the students. Plus, Mahendra sir who teaches us coding is quite cool. He teaches us from the very basic. We have Monday tests here in college which are considered as your MIDSEM. 2 midsems are held from which they'll take your average and we have a seperate end sem exam too.

Remarks:

he placements were pretty well. There were many students who were placed in MNCs. Most of the companies were IT based companies. Amongst all, only 1 core electronics company came to our college for recruitments. The highest package was around 4 LAP. Our college also provides opportunities for other off-campus drives which took place nearer to Solapur. The companies that came to the campus were mainly MNCs providing an average package of 2.5 LPA which is pretty well for a fresher graduated from a non-government college
