Likes

Faculties are very expert, helpful and amazing.
The infrastructure of the college is good, campus is very big and learning facilities and amenities are also good.
The college provide us practical knowledge as well which helps us in our personal as well as professional development.

Dislikes

The Hostel mess only provide veg food and eggs.
The playground for the hostel students is common for Girls and Boys Hostel students and it is very small.
College management doesn't provide uniforms for the students.

The practical classes experience and training experience prepares the students for the real world applications. Teaching methods used by the faculties are very unique and amazing. The exams are neither too difficult not too easy.

Internships Opportunities

Hotels like Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Trident, Hayatt and many more offered 6 months Industrial training to the college students of 2nd Year and pay stipend to the interns on the basis of their company policy. The training includes all the major departments of the hotels.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship is available but college is listed in Bihar Student Credit card scheme which will help students to get a easy loan for studies with minimum interest rates. Fees are not differentiate by categories. Every student pays the same fee. The year wise fee is approx 120000.

Campus Life

A very wise and vast range of books and journals are available in the college library. One major fest is held once a year named Concordia which includes dance, sports, singing and many more competitions. Many competition, events and food fests are also held by college on regular basis. Different clubs are made for different activities.

Hostel Facilities

Single Rooms in the hostels provided to 2nd year and 3rd year students with good academic marks. Registration process of the hostel is not very lengthy. It is very affordable in compare to local hostels and PG. The food quality of the mess food is good but they only provide veg food including eggs. There are two cyclic menus in the hostel mess which followed on regular basis.

Hostel Fee: INR 54000 per year

Admission

The Rank of this college is listed in one best hotel management college in India with 5th Rank. With my Rank of approx 5300 and General category I got the seat allotment. If you are 12th Pass, you're eligible for NCHMCT JEE Exams conducted by NTA and you got admission in any hotel management college on the basis of your Rank. Every year cutoff is different for different colleges.

Faculty

The best faculty of our college is Mr. Prakash Nigam. His way of teaching and his teaching methods are very unique and amazing. Priyadarshini Seth is our Front Office faculty I love her teaching methods too. Lucky to get a faculty like her. There are 6 semesters in our college and each semester has one mid term exam and one final term exam and one semester either it's 3rd or 4th semester which includes industrial training in the Hotels.

Placement Experience:

From the 5 semester the companies are coming to campus for the recruitment process and the students also getting job and some students get job just after the completion of degree and some before and their are many hotels who visit like taj group of hotels, Oberoi group of hotels, burger King, and many more

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is good . In fourth semester students become eligible for campus placement. The companies visits for our course is the Taj palace, EROS entertainment, crown plaza etc. The offer made to most of the students. The highest package is 18LPA and average pakage is 6LPA. The profiles offered are executive, person in sales, front office etc. Almost 9/10 students get placed in our college. After getting degree I plan to work with a good hotel chain.

My little college

Placement Experience:

In the fifth semester the students become eligible for the campus placement. A lot of companies have visited example IHCL, Oberoi, Hyatt, Hilton, JLL, California Burrito and so on. Every company offered a management training program in their organisation. The highest package offred was of 420000 for a MT program 20 to 30% of students get the placement. To work under a reputated organisation.

After the 5th semester when you clear the exams you are eligible for the campus placement and after that companies come to our college for the recruitment drive and people are getting direct it for that company is which visited were like you can say Devyani international Domino's Leela palace Taj Novotel crown plaza that is under IHG and some other retail companies like the aditya birla, highest package I would say it would be around 10 to 12 lacs or 15 lakh and lowest would be you can say 2-2.5 lkhs students getting placements were around I could say 70% because 30% some didn't want the job and some were not capable for that, my plans like I need a good job and to study further

Placement Experience:

Approx 99% of the students get placements in IHMs. The placement record of IHMs has been tremendous so far. Students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Companies like Oberoi, taj , air India , indigo , dominos, JLL , lemon tree, and much more come for recruitment. The average package is round about 12LPA.

This college was not not my first choice I want to go to ihm bangalore but I didn't get it in first counseling and after in second councelling I got ihm lucknow and when I searched about it was good also it was near to my hometown that's why I choose this college, i didn't got rejection from any college. The admission process starts with the induction round in which those candidates are there who got ranking under 3000 in national exam for hotel management conducted by NCHMCT there is no age limit and the admission process takes only one day and it is in the campus....Read More

My little college

My first preference was this college only and after this The other preferences include IHM Delhi and IHM Mumbai. Since my first preference was this college IHM Lucknow and as soon as I got the confirmation I continued with it. I choose this college because of the popular celebrity chef Ranveer Brar also studied in this college. Since I see him as my mentor I applied for this college. No I did not get a rejection from other colleges since this was the only one college I applied to. To be eligible for taking admission in this college you first need to clear the NCHMCT JEE exam and after the exam you get a rank and based on the cutoff of different colleges you can apply for it. After that it is basic paper work and you can continue your college from there. My rank was 1400 and I was easily able to apply for the college. Even people with 9000 rank are there in this college woth their SC/ST category....Read More
